I recently bought this knife.it's the sharpest thing i 've ever held in my hand.it should come with a warning about how sharp it really is .and it needs a protective sheath.

It's very nice haven't used yet but looking forward using cook cutting cabbage lot's more

Very happy with this, it’s very sharp just what I was looking for. I shredded cabbage finely with it made it so easy.

I own (4) TUO knives and rated the other (3) styles a *5* There’s something a bit “off” with this model; and frankly it may be my problem. My handle is not ergonomic; it does Not feel stable or comfy when I’m slicing or chopping The weight doesn’t feel evenly distributed/balancedI would like to exchange mine for another in order to see if this knife is a “fluke” or generally an inherent problem… if possibleTruly beautiful knives. I sincerely hope they will allow me to test 1 of this model to determine if mine is simply defective(???)

This is my go-to knife in the kitchen. Great handle and weight so it feels nice in the hand. Holds an edge nicely and is a high quality! Would recommend!

I bought this knife for cutting vegetables thinly, very happy with the way it holds a sharp. Stays sharp for a long time.

I have a full set of Tuo knives and have used them for three years. They are excellent. I wash them by hand. They hold an edge.
