Not Flapping for Me
Cheap and amateurish looking. Seems to be thin metal cut by tin snips and badly painted, colours seem flat. A pack of plastic pieces and nails with package but no explanation of what they were for. Can't be bothered returning it to China so I might do a little spray painting see if I can get a bit of life into a couple of drab wing things.
