YICBORIndustrial Sewing Machine High Shank Roller Foot for Singer, Brother, Juki #SPK-3

I'm fairly new to sewing, I mainly sew denim and canvas but recently I've been working with cotton t shirt type of materials and the foot I've been using is NOT IT for that. I've been struggling with bunching and popping threads and it's been a nightmare.I have an Elna Elnita EF1 (high shank) machine and the roller foot for that machine usually retails around $50-$60... I had a hard time pulling the trigger on that due to the price of it. Held off for a long time and gradually became more and more miserable when I sewed.I was a bit hesitant to purchase this as Elna was not listed as a compatible machine but Janome was mentioned (janome owns elna) so I figured why not.. It's under $10. I took it in to my studio yesterday and I tried it out on 2 shorts I wanted to adjust the hemline and inseam on.. Beautiful. Machine works beautifully and the shorts don't have any bunching. I sat there tugging at the hem stitching, anticipating to hear a stitch pop but nothing. It feels like it's meant to be. I honestly couldn't believe it and I'm excited to get back to sewing again. Seriously, if you have a high shank sewing machine, just try it out, if it doesn't work, just send it back. I could not be happier.(I might update this review with a video of the roller foot at work. Maybe.)Thank you for this and THANK YOU for not costing an arm and a leg.If there is any issues with the foot later on, I'll be sure to update this review. As of now, I am happy with it.

Fits as described. Arrived on time.

The shank is too long for a Singer sewing machine causing the foot to sit solidly against the dogs and not allowing space for fabric.

I have two 31-15's and these feet are a lifesaver for working with leather or heavy fabric (loose stuff too!)
