Purchased this item thinking is was a great way to have enchiladas with out the carbs, but they turned out to be way to salty

Real Good Foods is an excellent company with high quality products. I've tried the majority of their offerings available via Amazon, and these enchiladas are my favorite. They arrive frozen in just a couple of days with Prime, and they're absolutely delicious. I've been eating one package of these every day for lunch for several weeks now, and I'm not close to tiring of them.They're especially great if you're on the keto diet, because the extremely low carb count fits well into the plan, and the healthy fats and protein do a tremendous job of knocking down any hunger you may have. Plus, if you're in a hurry like I am at lunch, it's a struggle to eat anything keto-friendly without some prep beforehand. These go from the freezer to the microwave, and are done in three minutes. These enchiladas are truly tasty and well worth the price.

I decided to try these as a way to add protein without all the bread and carbs to our diet. They were quick and simple to make(right from the microwave) and tasted fantastic! Will definitely be a regular in our house.

Wow! Delicious! I bought the beef. Yes, they are small. But, they are full of flavor and filling. Yes, they are a bit pricey. But, they are an amazing low carb/Keto substitution. I will be buying more.

Y'all. These are my absolute favorite meal to pack for lunch. They're low carb, reasonable in calories and you'll swear you're eating normal enchiladas. I eat them two to three days for lunch and love how they make me (and my wasitline) look and feel.Check these out and you won't be disappointed! Real Good Foods also makes unbelievably good low carb cauliflower crust pizza that I highly recommend as well.

I’ve been eating a Keto-diet for 20 months, and RealGood cheese enchiladas have saved my life more than a few times. The taste and texture is authentic and delicious. I really don’t like chicken at all, but this strange voodoo is used to make a “tortilla” out of chicken and is doesn’t taste like chicken at all. I slather these with sour cream, cut them up and use as a “dip” with vegetables, wrap the stuffing in romaine leaves for enchilada “tacos” (really good with the beef version) or just straight out of the microwave for a tasty, filling quick easy work lunch option. Hubby loves the chicken verde version (not even following a Keto diet), cheese is my favorite. I wish they sold their red sauce by the jar! I’ve tried Real Foods pizzas and “poppers” too, but the enchiladas are the best.Amazon delivery of frozen foods is great. They come frozen solid. Impressive. These are quite expensive compared to when I can find them in my QFC for under $5, but since they aren’t always available, Amazon is a lifesaver worth paying for.

Very good tasting products.Liked both options.See update.My negative is portion size which I find does not satisfy.Would add a third enchilada since these are quite small.Price would be easier to swallow too.Update:found some grizzle like substance in beef version. Unidentifiable. A bit off putting so have downgraded to two stars since discarded what was left and would be reluctant to purchase again.

I’d give it five stars but I opened my first box and the seal was broken and look at the size difference!!! One large enchilada and one pretty paltry in comparison, that’s not a good value or a good company practice and bad QC. Packaged great with dry ice, arrived frozen solid so no issue there. They taste great, very salty tho. I’ll look for a ground chicken crust recipe and attempt to make my own because these are too expensive to eat regularly especially with the lack of individual packaging and size proportions quality control.
