Rough Rider Blackwood Work Knife Small RR1709

I own other Rough Rider knives and generally they're well made. This knife shouldn't have passed quality control though. One of the slabs was severely cracked by a rivet and the wood had split. The broken section will be missing from the knife within a week. The blade spine is also pocked to a point that it is easily felt when you rub your thumb over the metal. I don't know that I will trust this particular model again and I'll likely through this knife in the trash!

If you are someone looking to get into slip joint knives and want a quality product at a very reasonable price, then Rough Rider knives are the way to go! The RR1709 is a classic traditional slip joint pattern that is very well built. The Black Wood covers on this look great! Cant recommend it enough!!
