It's a must try for any kind & degree of nose block & quite cost effective with a clear bonus of 100% natural. Most nasal sprays contain an added preservative Benzalkonium Chloride, which can (& often does) rebound congestion. Physiomer is free from that & it's hypertonic property gently shrinks the undue swelling of tissues with mild anti-allergic properties. It's quite effective (at least for my heavily congested nose of idiopathic perennial rhinitis) & definitely worth trying.

To beat the allergies, I used some saline sprays before, but nothing works like Physiomer Hypertonic. Just imagine taking an antihistamine daily, and becoming a zombie - Physiomer certainly comes to rescue there and drastically reduces the need for daily antihistamines and carticosteroids. Though it might be simple sterilised simple sea water, there is some magic in this bottle which travels all the way into your nose to keep it free.
