Squier by Fender Affinity Series Precision Bass PJ Beginner Pack, Laurel Fingerboard, Brown Sunburst, with Gig Bag, Rumble 15 Amp, Strap, Cable, and Fender Play

My box came damaged, luckily nothing was destroyed. The hole in the box was from an empty space where none of the imported stuff was .I had problems with the audio cable. The plug was loose and stopped working after about 20 minutes . I need a new replacement cable. The bass guitar was almost in tune out the box.I do like how the guitar looks and feels so far

I wanted to learn how to play the Bass so I began shopping around online as well as at pawn shops. I came across this kit and was impressed with the other reviews so I made the purchase. I was surprised to find out that there was a 3 month Fender lessons card inside. I have been learning a lot and I am very satisfied with my Bass. The amp is produces great sound. The strap and bag are great quality. This is a great set up for beginners. I only say that because I am a beginner.

This package was recommended to us by my son's guitar teacher. We got it so that he could take it to his dorm room and leave his more expensive bass guitar at home. Also, he needed a much smaller amp. He was super pleased with the look and quality of the instrument and amp. He took it with him to college, tried out for a band, and made it. He uses it weekly in the band. He likes that the strings/body have a really sharp sound to play slap bass.

I needed a beginner set to start learning bass, so I made sure to get one from a well-known brand like Fender. Little did I know, I would receive a guitar with loose screws, scuffs and scars in the scratchboard, and some kind of black smudge on the top and side of the head. There are also scuffs at the top of the neck. I’m very disappointed that Fender allowed such a guitar to have the honor of their name printed on it.

I loved how well it was packaged, nothing was scratched or broken. When I opened everything up and set it all up it was easy as 1,2,3. I used the Fender app to tune it and it was really good. I would recommend this to anyone who is a beginner like me. There are a few things that come with it that it did not show but I'll let you guys buy it to see. Overall, I would recommend it to anyone who is getting started.

The strap broke after about two weeks.The cable had shielding issues causing buzzing (easily fixed by replacing it with a decent cable).The bass is about as basic as they come, I constantly had to retune. Very sensitive to imperfect finger placement on the fretboard - which of course means for the beginner it's extremely hard to get decent notes out.If you don't mind spending $330 to figure out if you will like playing the bass, this is a reasonable well to test that theory. Just realize that you will be replacing pretty much every component within a month or two with better quality ones.At this point I don't use a single piece from this 'pack' anymore - but I do play my new bass every day, using a different strap, different cable, different amp...

I wanted to start learning bass so I asked a buddy that plays and he recommended this bundle to me and I couldn't be happier! I have a few guitars from Ltd and a fender strat and the quality of this bass is better than I expected for the price, and don't forget the amp it's pretty good to play around the house with a well. I would totally recommend this to anyone who wants to learn the bass.

I ordered this for my son for his primary Christmas gift. Unfortunately, UPS lost the original package and we were unable to get one delivered by Christmas. However, Amazon was able to refund the money and I purchased the product again. This bass is made very well and is beautiful! My son absolutely loves it and he loves the versatility of the amp. He can plug his mesh drum set into it and play those as well. Great starter set for sure!

The media could not be loaded.  I like my guitar and amplifier. The guitar makes a good sound and amp has a great quality sound for indoor. Both P and J pickups work properly and I could tune strings easily. The weight of guitar is reasonable but not very light. The only problem with this package was body strap. Once when I was standing and playing, the body part strap end(shown in picture) went out the button but I could be able to hold the guitar before hitting ground!

Everything was in the box as described. The action was a little higher than I liked, but that was an easy adjustment with the allen/hex keys that are also included in the box. The bass and amp sound great! Solid build, well packaged, and it even arrived a day ahead of schedule.

Received this in 3 days. Great guitar for a starter!
