To be honest I’m not sure how many stars to give this. The container does hold a lot of hay & is easy to install; however, my rabbit gets frustrated when eating from this feeder. He digs at it to get the hay out & manages to pull majority of it out. Can’t tell if I’m stuffing the hay wrong, the actual product, or if my rabbit is just picky.

We ordered three of these because they were the biggest we could find and they work fantastic. They still have to be filled a couple time a day for there to be unlimited hay but they don't dig at these for whatever reason so there isn't as much waste and mess

i bought this when it didn’t have any reviews, i bought it on a whim because my bunny pulls all the hay out of the feeder and makes a complete mess out of it. i wanted to get her a bigger feeder, and the other ones online looked wayyyy too small. so i bought this one and it’s literally the perfect size. it does a great job holding the hay. so i definitely recommend :)

These hay racks hold a ton of hay and my buns have never tried to chew on them, love it!Also for any future or previous buyers who are not happy with the blue metal piece, the blue is just a protective sticker for the metal, just peel it off lol. Saw a couple reviews about it being "used" or scratched on the blue, it's not meant to be there!Love these, and they're super easy to clean!

Unfortunately this item makes my bunnies waste so much hay. I went from buying bi-weekly to weekly with this hay feeder. I’m so sad I missed the return date.

Only issue I have with this feeder is its too small. It doesn't hold enough hay for my two guinea pigs. Other than that, the quality is great.

Okay so this feeder takes up little to no space in my bunnies cage as I keep it in front of his litter box because that’s where he eats his hay I thought I would waste less hay with this feeder rather than putting the hay directly in his litter box but for some reason my bunny refuses to eat out of this I think it scares him have had it over a month and literally it’s just sitting there untouched that’s why in only gave it 4 stars if he used it I’d probably leave 5!

I used the Kaytee hay and pellet feeder before, but I hated how much hay gets in the bottom of the feeder reservoir that my rabbits can't get to and how big it jutted out of the cage. This new one is thin and all of the hay is readily available. It doesn't pack a lot of hay comparatively but it is definitely enough for a day's worth for one rabbit. The grate is clamped securely to ensure that hay doesn't get everywhere in the cage, but perhaps a little too securely... I wedged some nontoxic paper between the grate and the plastic so there is a little more give so the hay pulls out more easily. Also, I recommend removing the metal "bite guard" in the front as it does nothing functional, and detaches incredibly easily so curious bunnies may chew on it.
