Not only is it a great book to help guide the kingmen towards greater ascension of self mastery within, but it's also great for the queen women and children as they grow. The affirmations in this book are potent and fill you with light. The accountability and responsibility that one enters when engaging thru the gateways within this book is really a commitment unto self to nurture the humanity within you so that way you can be of better service to those around you. SupaNova Slom and his beloved Mothership, Queen Afua have done an excellent job of helping us all to recognize the power of self actualization and fulfillment through self awareness. As a Queen woman myself, I love this book as it allows me to nuture the yin yang balance of the masculine and feminine principles of who I Am from a place of balance, acceptance and innerstanding. Excellent Book.

When my son began reading this book he immediately began to read parts of it to me. When I asked him why he highlighted certain areas he said it was because he wanted to be sure he always remembered the advice because he knew it would serve him well as a man 🥹 This book is definitely a MUST READ for all men, especially young men 💙💙💙

The book is very informative and stays true to the quality of of information as Queen Afua's books. Consider it as mandatory reading for the men you care about in your life. The only drawback....the copy I received has the cover upside down and is therefore binded on the left hand side which makes it awkward to hold. That's the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars.

I will follow everything Supa NOVA and Queen afua do. Their teachings are life changing. I got this book for my 13 year old nephew, significant other, and as a graduation gift for an 18 year old nephew as well. It should be in everyone's book collection. We all can learn how to "stay committed to our commitment" by reading this GEM.
