This is a good, inexpensive, external sound card option.It’s a small device USB to 3.5 serial port. It’s plug-and-play no software needed.Good quality sound for Video conferencing, online training, and listening to music.Compatible with many windows operating systems.What else is there to say, it’s been working for 2+ years now.Great find, great buy!I serve as IT tech-support on my job for a number of years. Most times when we purchase computers It’s in stages. Everyone in the building never has the same computer, it’s anywhere from a third to half have identical devices. right before I bought this I was swamped with repair tickets, Server issues, and work was backed up. I needed a quick fix so I looked on Amazon and found this. This eliminated the need for me to swap out computers, data migration, and a lot of work all together. We ordered it, received it, plugged it in, and I was done. On to put out the next fire.I would definitely buy another.

I purchased the USB Sound Card and had an issue with it. While trying to decided what to do, I received an email from the seller asking how I liked the product and if I was satisfied with the purchase. I explained the issue I was having and they immediately offered to take care of it for me, and they did. I couldn't be happier with the results and how they reached out to me after my purchase.At first, it seemed that this adapter wasn't working. The mic wasn't picking up, but the volume controls on the adapter were working. So, frustrating. No one could hear me on the PS4 or the computer. Then, I realized the connection was loose on the 3.5mm side. I discussed this with the seller when I was contacted, and they immediately sent a replacement. I am very happy with this adapter and the seller is fantastic.

The size is perfect. It's look good too. But there's a tremendous amount of static for recorded audio on my Mac. Same mac with the same headset and there's no static when using the internal jack. Switched from 48 to 44.1 with no difference.Customer support was helpful and sent a new one but the issue remained.

Light, just fits in laptop bag. Works very well with my headset mike. My hp pavilion x360 headphone jack only wants simpler headphone plug, so this is nice fix. Cheap, but seems rugged enough for me.

It will not work like you want it to. It is a problem with the way that the ps4 communicates with itself. It sounds muffled and too low to hear anything.

Perfect sound

I've had it less than 2 months and it has already stopped working. It was nice while it lasted.
