Great set of rails.
Great rails. I think I almost prefer putting the server on these rails over the Dell Ready Rails which I also have for other equipment.Couple things to note, the screws holding the rail to the chassis need to be nice and tight or they'll touch the side of the slide. Also you need to run the rails many times before mounting them to the rack, because the grease is not well distributed. The rails had a really hard time until everything was fully lubed up properly by just sliding them back and forth a dozen times on both sides. These were really easy to install, I mean really easy. A few screws on the chassis. Make sure everything works and is lubed up. A few screws to mount on the rack side. Stick the rails out all the way out, and slide the server on. Make sure the rails have gripped the server. Let go and lift the locks on both sides, slide in.20 minutes to mount at the most.

Not suitable for heavy items
My 4 server weight ~50 pounds and this sled struggled a lot with it. Had to change it out

Still my favorite 3rd party rails
Unlike many third party rails these are the only ones that I've found that aren't a complete and total disappointment. Are they perfect? No, but in all honesty, you in the wrong market if you expect a perfect fit across the board.I use these rails with a few sliger, chenbro and rosewill cases. And honestly theyre simply the best I found for these cases.

Not confidence inspiring. Not particularly a good fit for shorter depth racks
I understand my use case isn't typical so I can't fault the rails to much but regardless the rails are mostly a disappointment.Have a 12u StarTech adjustable rack. Got these rails for a NORCO RPC-4224.With a standard deep rack these might be fine, but for a shorter depth rack these rails needs some heavy modification to fit. But even before any modification, these rails don't have great bearings, they slide very poorly, the slide locks are sub-par. They work but they don't inspire any confidence. Not thinking these are going to remain in my rack for very long. Wish I never sold my old RL-26 rails. These are definitely a downgrade from those. If you have a RPC-4224 and a StarTech rack, look elsewhere.

Great Rail for Norco RPC-4224
I bought this rail to replace a Norco's rail that was falling apart and stopped working. I wasn't expecting an exact fit for my Norco RPC-4224 case and was prepared to make any modification if needed. To my surprise, this KRI 26" rail worked perfectly on the RPC-4224 case with a slight modification that a previous reviewer had pointed out.You will have to remove the green plastic piece that's on the part of the rail that attached to the case and break off the small metal tab so it can slide under the notch at the front of the RPC-4224. I just used a pair of pliers to twist it back and forth a few times and it fell right off, no metal cutting tools needed.Overall, the quality of this rail is 100% better than the Norco's rail I'd bought a few years ago. I highly recommend this rail if you are looking for a rail kit for a Norco RPC-4224 case. It's not the exact fit but worked great.

Does not slide easily and got stuck during installation
During installation of these rails on a norco rpc 4224, the rails do not hold very well. They also do not slide well at all. Because of this, one of the rails is currently stuck on the case and will not slide off. I'm going to need to physically destroy the rails in order to remove them. I was hopeful they would work because of the reviews saying they would, but clearly these do not work well at all.

Surprising alternative to RL-20/RL-26
After reading a bunch of bad reviews for the Norco RL-20 and RL-26 rails, I decided to give this a shot. I have a Norco RPC-431, which is a short depth case, so I was worried about compatibility.Surprisingly, installation went very well. It came with clear instructions and a bunch of screws and cage nuts; I probably only used 10% of the screws they provided. I had to use the front bracket offset slider to compensate for a plastic tab on the rack ears of the case. The inside rails weren't perfectly straight hanging off the back of the case, so one side was tricky to slot in, but it was fine once I eventually got it.The diagram in the product images was so poor, I decided to take a photo of the inner rail that attaches to the chassis with a measuring tape for some rough gauging of compatibility.

I guess it's technically compatible with my rosewill case.
I have a rosewill rsv r4100. It's a 4u chassis. These rails do technically fit on the chassis but when you put it in a rack it sits slightly too high and takes up the slot above it. So I guess it is compatible with my case just with the downside of either needing to drill new holes in the case or have it not sit correctly in the rack. I would have looked elsewhere if I new this before buying.
