It appears that Chase has issues!
Never worked. Christmas gift for grandson and after getting it opened unscrew from box put batteries in it would not work at all. Light came on on remote but it did nothing to remotely move the vehicle. I purchased the blue Chase.

Previously Opened, Damaged Mess
I was very excited to order this as a birthday gift for my nephew's 4th birthday this weekend. He loves Paw Patrol and is definitely old enough to be playing with an RC car so this was the perfect gift!The package arrived today and when I opened the box my heart sunk. The box that the toy is in is ripped, torn, and a complete mess. There are tears, the tape that holds one side closed tightly has been removed/cut, the plastic that encases the front of the toy is dented in multiple spots. There was no mention of this being a used/pre-owned item and if it were I would not have bought it as a gift. I am very upset by the quality and there is no way it was shipping damage as this is more than a crushed edge and the other item in the Amazon box was perfectly in tact. I am at a crossroads of if I ought to return or not as his birthday is this weekend and I know he'll still love the toy. I will likely wrap it and give it to him but what an awkward discussion to have with my sister about the condition of the gift itself.

open and defective was new what a joke
this product arrived with the inner box damaged, after opening the inner box noting was strapped down and looked like this was used and just thrown in the box, i opened and put new batteries and noting would come on i tried everything and nothing worked, needed for my daughters birthday and now i had to return the product and run to walmart and find a new gift, would not recommend this product to anyone!!

A toy my son still plays with six months after purchase!
I bought this toy for my three year old for Christmas! He’s obsessed with paw patrol. This little truck is till going six months later. It’s durable, and easy enough for a three year old to operate. Definitely worth the money.

Drains batteries quickly
Drains batteries(name brand) very quickly. Have replaced them three times since Christmas. Finally gave up on even replacing them. Nice toy when it works.

I do recommend for a 3-4 year old but not for older kids the remote control it’s to simple it only has two buttons forward and backward,

Not great quality
This was a fun toy my kids loved. It worked for the first few days and then stopped working even after switching the batteries out. I was disappointed it didn’t last long.

Best toy ever!
I bought this for my grandson for his 4th birthday. He loves it! Very durable and easy for him to operate. It was his favorite toy! So happy I bought it!
