We have a small cooler for deer cut in quarters. A large live weighted deer is 220#’s. The average buck is 175-190 live weight. These hangers have no problem holding the deer after cleaned and quartered. I was a little worried when I first looked at them because they are a little thinner than the old ones, and I might not be able to just sling something in the cooler because the gap is a little small. But as long as you pay attention to what you are doing, they work fine.

These hooks works perfectly for my wife as she cooks cha siu in the oven by hanging meat from the oven rack and the fat drips onto the tray below. Most BBQ skewers were straight and the meat would slide off. The bend in the hooks keeps the meat in place.

I bought these as "extra" hooks for my Pit Barrel Cooker. They're much lighter and much thinner than what I'm used to, with Pit Barrel Cooker products. They certainly work but I did not trust them to hold up a heavy rack of ribs. I wound up using two to four, depending on weight.

Perfect. Very sharp! Which I wanted as I have to go through a sheep's head for Halloween. Note it doesn't bend so the top may have to be secured.

Strong enough to hang goat legs and rib cages. Did not bend or open. Will be buying more today.

Well am a trucker and bought this to hook my light folding bed, it does the job so far but keeps pending and had to adjusted from time to time.

I bought these hooks for hanging my bacons and hams when we butcher. These hooks were good and sturdy and had no issue holding the meat while in the smoke house. I plan on buying a few more for next year.

Great little hook set. I use them for hanging bacon in my smoker and they work perfectly. Way cheaper than the actual bacon hangers.
