Shipping was horrible. Shoes are nice.
I knocked off one star because they shipped the shoe boxes in a plastic bag so of course the shoe boxes were completely destroyed. I expected the shoes would be also but happy to report they were OK. Shoes are beautiful and look well made and comfortable. I haven't worn them a whole day yet so these are just my initial impressions. They are true to size. I'm a size 10 and these fit perfectly. They feel comfortable at least for short term wear. Will report later on comfort after a full day of wear.

Not enough room in the front of the shoe
My feet barely fit into these shoes because the front of the shoe squeezes down on the front of my foot. If it weren't for the shallowess inside the front of the shoes, they probably would only be a little small otherwise. But I don't think sizing up would fix the issue.

I ordered a 5.5 w. I always where a 6 but I do have a wide foot. They didn’t have them in 6 so I order a size down in wide
I was looking for flat black shoes and after trying these on, I found perfection. So comfortable all day with or without socks. The heel is perfect. Recommend!!
