I want to change my review about the product. This company made sure i got another new watch . My first one came in a foriegn language. They were very attentive and made sure i was happy. Now just getting this freakin sim card in and working... thank you for going above n beyound to make a little girl happy.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for 8 year old but unfortunately had to return it.From their description:PARENT-CHILD INTERATION: Parents can set emergency contacts for children to enable children and their families and friends cornerstone telephone communication. Phone watchMy presumption:You program the contacts in and the child can ONLY dial those numbers.NOT TRUE!! The child can bring up the dial up screen and dial ANY numbers. In addition, the child can text any numbers. But the giant NO NO is the ability for anybody to call and text this phone watch once they get the number. That means, spam callers, strangers, and wrong callers may your child.Please do not advertise this as a children's phone watch as this is certainly NOT a children's phone watch. It is a REGULAR phone watch.

The volume is too low, my child has the place watch close to her ear to hear.

this smart watch is very efficient, and functional. It helps me to locate my kids easily. This is a lot better that other similar product. I love its design too.

The sound is not clear and the buttons are tiny. The watch band broke within the first week. As a starter watch phone and for the price it meets our needs. If you are expecting Apple Watch quality you will not be happy. It does not require a phone to connect to. We pay 5. A month for a card to make it work. Kids can call or text. There are a few basic games. The alarm features have been useful. It holds a few programmed numbers but they can still input any number. No gps features.Update: it died after 3 months of use.
