The pan looks and feels great but I was disappointed to find out you couldn’t use extra virgin olive oil in it. It states it will leave a film and discolor the pans interior surface. I cook everything in extra virgin olive oil!

This is a pretty good pan for making things like eggs. I was looking for something that would be nonstick and this has been perfect. The only negative I would have say is that it can be difficult to get food out from the area in which the handle screws to the pan (if you're handwashing). I also don't love the metal handle, but it's not that big of a deal.

I thought this was a non-stick pan. My other frying pans require no pretreatment before going into the dishwasher. This one does. If I put it in after, say, frying an omelet, it comes out with food still stuck to it. So now I have to use an abrasive pad to pre-clean it. An ordinary sponge won't do it. The abrasive is probably reducing the pan's useful life, but there is no alternative.

The non stick just doesnt seem to get there for me... maybe I cook too hot, I dont know but eggs stick... the base is no flat because the metal is too thin so you eggs run to one side.. very annoying

I recently moved to St. Croix and the cooking utensils are not great here and very expensive. I had to have a good fry pan that did not stick and was durable. I can cook great eggs and omelets now! Yay.

Loved the product and have had it for 3 months. However, even though we only use wooden spoons the surface is no longer non-sticky :( The product provided 12 month warranty, however, there is no way to contact the seller or figure out how to get a replacement. I was hoping to be able to use this pan for a least a year. Any help?

This may be the best pan I've ever used. No butter or oil needed to saute. Very easy clean up.

The pan seems ok and I’m going to keep it. But the handle is very thin and doesn’t feel very good in your hand. I’ve got big rough hands and I know my wife will not like to use this pan. They need a rounder more form fitting handle. I wouldn’t buy this again.

At last, a coating that doesn't stick, easy to clean, and not easily damaged. However, let pan is let down by the uncomfortable metal handle. Why they took the trouble to make such a high end quality pan, but then attach a thin, uncomfortable metal handle to it I don't know? Massive shame, and embarrassment for their design team!

Does what it says on the tin. Make sure, however, that you read the instructions for care ad cleaning of the pan in order to insure that it performs as it should!

Followed the preparation instructions. First few uses were perfect, after a few washes and prepped every time the non stick wasn’t as effective

I love this pan. We have had it for a while now and it is my pan of choice if I’m frying eggs or sautéing anything.This pan is so light, yet I feel cooks like a using a heavier pan. It’s also incredibally easy to clean.Moreover, you only need a tiny amount of oil to fry things. It’s a winner.
