I purchased two hearing aids from this company that did not work out of the box the volume control adjustment does not work there is no way of stopping the loud whistle after insuring they fit properly into the ear cannel. I paid $174.98 and expect a full refund. but the company only offered me a $40 this is totally unacceptable. I filed a dispute with Amazon under the A to Z refund policy.
