If i wanted to remove the built-in screen protector and put a tempered glass, which one would you recommend that covers 100% of "real" screen? thanks!
can you use this with a glass screen protector as well as the one included?
Do you have to use the belt clip? Or can it be removed
Are the top and bottom portions on the front raised to protect the screen from damage from a drop face down?

Amazing phone case

Read alot about this product and did my research and it is amazing and just like an otter box but better and cheaper than a OtterBox. I read reviews about there being some bubbling but remember there are two screen things you have to remove, the grip is great and fits the phone amazingly. The phone case is light weight and not bulky like the other cases I had. The stand does seem a little week but that's ok with me cause I rarely use it. Love it.

Sturdy

I love it this the best phone case & clip product I ever owned I had it since March & it's past every test I put it through & it's still in great shape after all the falls/drops/bumps/crutches/smacks/throws/children play & Salvage work place beating🥲 every other one I ever owned didn't last more than a month at most, the only thing is the stand part is a little tuff to access I had to use something to pull stand out to use every time, but it could just ben mines like that idk, but overall great 👍 product

Built Like a Tank — Love This Case!

The SUPCASE for Galaxy Note 9 is absolutely awesome! It feels super sturdy without making the phone too bulky, and I can tell it’s built to handle drops and bumps without a problem. The grip is great too — no more slippery hands! I feel way more confident carrying my phone around now. 5 stars for serious protection and a slick design!

Very rugged, the screen protector works well with screen sensitivity, a perfect rugged case

Right off the bat:Works with all of my wireless chargersthe screen protector does not affect touch sensitivity, both with fingers and S-PenLonger version:If you are looking for a rugged case WITH A BUILT IN SCREEN PROTECTOR for the Note 9, this is the only good option I could find. The touch screen sensitivity is not affected by the screen protector, as it sometimes is with these thin plastic film protectors on similar rugged cases. I expect that the screen protector will probably develop little scratches over time. This is totally expected. Its just a thin plastic film. It would be ridiculous to expect a scratch resistant screen protector, both at this price and given the specified method of construction (plastic, not glass)!Everything appears well built. The belt holster is a nice add on. The belt holster does not snap open to function like a kickstand, as some other similarly designed cases do, because the case itself does that.Full disclosure I have not thoroughly tested the belt holster. It seems fine to me, although I can't say for sure if its going to hold up to high impact use cases like running, aggressive hiking, or some kind of construction work involving a lot of physical body movement and impact. The kickstand itself is pretty well built and I have not encountered any issues with it.The biggest complaint I have is that the kickstand causes the case to be relatively rigid along the back central area, which means that when you put the case together or take it apart, you cannot bend or fold the flexible rubber or silicone which means that its slightly more difficult to remove the case than some comparable rugged cases I have used in the past.Be aware, however, that if you have smaller hands or possibly struggle with finger strength, that you might find a bit of difficulty opening this thing. Not saying you won't be able to open it. But instead of requiring, lets say 10 or 20 seconds, it might require 30 or 40 seconds. Instead of being able to do it 100% with your fingers and fingernails, you might have to use something flat and pointy like a thin coin (like a dime, but not a nickel), a credit card (ideally a metal credit card), or some other relatively rigid, thin, item. The instruction manual suggests using a coin, but I think a credit card is probably a better option. NOTE: there is no possiblity of scratching the phone during the process. its just that the rubber case is somewhat rigid and you kind of have to pry it back in order to extricate the edges and corners. The phone is not exposed in a way that would allow you to accidentally damage it during this process. This is not a big deal for me though. The only reason this is even an issue is that I sometimes remove my SD card and swap it out between devices. If you do not plan to remove your SD or SIM card regularly, then I suggest just leaving the case on and use a wireless charger. This works with all of my wireless charges. Choetech 3 coil, another Cheap no-name Amazon 2-coil fast chargers, as well as that namebrand samsung 2-pad charger that was bundled with the Note 9 from some retailers. All work 100% perfectly. And on a side note, you can use the wireless charger with the Note 9 without heating the thing up until its blazing hot and ruining the battery. That is a final point: Often, with rugged cases, when you fast-charge the device heats up because its effectively inside of a heavily insulated wrapping (The rubber case). I have not experienced that issue with my Note 9 in this Supcase case.At best, it gets slightly warm with ambient temperature in the low 70s F on fast charge wired or wireless.Brand new, the flap that covers the USB-C port is still very rigid and not yet very flexible. It will probably require a few weeks to loosen up. New, It is rigid enough to push down on some, probably cheap, USB-C connectors and cause them to sit at a very slight angle.if you are concerned about the longevity of your USB port, you might want to proactively flex or stretch the flap to loosen it up. This is just me being absolutely thorough with my experience. It may also be that the wire I was using was garbage and was loose to begin with.Works very well with drops, although I still recommend being careful and try to develop your ninja fall-breaking skills (where you shoot your leg out and try to break the fall of the phone by catching it with your foot)! For under $20, its a way better investment compared to an Otterbox Defender.

Study case but stand is week

Study case, however the stand in the back broke after 2 weeks. Not impressed with quality of the stand other than that, the case itself is good.

Not an Otter Box, but I'm not sure that matters

For starters, we raise livestock, and we own three Samsung Note 9 phones that are usually with us as we take care of feeding and general farm chores. That is to say, our phones encounter countless hazards on a daily basis, so my wife's in particular (she is known far and wide as The Phone Killer) is forever being dropped into all sorts of bad situations, so I started her out with an Otter Box, both because I had gotten great service out of one that I used on my old iPhone 3, and because I anticipated her giving it her worst.Well, she wears her phone on the belt clip, hanging from a pants pocket, so it's out there just waiting to get crushed, which she in fact did, destroying both the case and her screen. After $120 screen replacement she was warned that her new at the time phone was NOT going to be replaced, no matter how many times she tried to kill it, for at least another three years ('cuz I was convinced she was breaking them just as an excuse to get a new one).Meanwhile, my son and I carry our phones in our pockets (either front or back) and have been using these cases for over three years now. The only fail that either of us has had is in wearing out the little tilt screen support on the back, and that's just because we use it so much. I've had my phone fall off of my truck roof as I drove away , forgetting that I had left it there, and never had a problem. Now the phone itself is pretty tough, so I can't say that its longevity has been purely the result of the case, but anecdotally, I see no reason to spend the dough on anything else, especially since the Otter Box would not allow wireless charging, and with these I've been able to use an inexpensive car A/C vent mounted charger with no issues at all.Ultimately there is no silver bullet that will make your phone indestructible, but in the realm of good value cases that do a reasonably good job of protecting us from ourselves, I remain impressed. My wife has had one of these now for almost a year, and try as she might, her phone is still fine.
