Rajasthani cuisine
R**R
Very dissappointing.
I am particularly interested in Northern Indian cuisine. This book (?) looked interesting enough, but proved to be pretty bad.The recipes are not on separate pages, that is, some start on one page and end on the next when the next one starts. There is no real distinction between one recipe and the next.As a home cook with a fair bit of Indian cuisine experience, I should perhaps understand what the recipe titles mean, (I presume they are in Hindi), but there is no clue in the index what it is in English. Also, the recipes don't seem to be in any particular "chapters". Also, I think it would also be useful to have recipe titles underlined. In fairness though, this book albeit a VERY thin book might teach me a thing or two. I hope it does.I will add it to my collection of other, much more useful, Northern Indian cookery books.
