Think Again Before You Purchase This
This is a service cart manufactured by RTJ (Right Tool for the Job). They are described as a manufacturer producing high quality tools for professionals and homeowners. In my opinion this is definitely NOT the Right Tool for the Job. I was looking for a nice quality tool cart at a thrifty price point. While I did achieve the thrifty price point, the tool cart is far from high quality. I report this for the following reasons:1) It is rated at holding 350 pounds: the steel used to fabricate the shelves and drawer is about the same gauge as the metal used to make license plates. It flexes very easily. Put it this way, I purchased the cart to hold my Proto tool box. The Proto is not rated to hold that much weight but the steel used to fabricate it is a thicker gauge and does not even begin to flex... I found it disappointing that the steel is such a light gauge.2) The bottom shelve is held by (2) 1/4 inch bolts in each corner or shall I say, the instructions indicate this. There was only one hole predrilled in each corner of the shelve and it was in the center of the side corner. There should have been 2 holes offset like the top shelf. I drilled the second holes but since the existing hole was in the center of the shelf corner wall it meant that the second holes needed to be drilled almost to the edge of the metal, making a weakened joint... very sloppy workmanship!3) The bolts holding the shelf were a little light... 1/4 inch wire size. I would have preferred they be 3/8ths to make the connections more rugged.4) The casters are a joke. Once assembled I pushed the cart and it sounded like a "BAD SHOPPING CART". You know the ones that we despise! I could be heard pushing it down the hall long before I arrived at where I wanted to go... just terrible! I took the wheels off and lubricated them. They have light sleeve bearings that fit into holes in the wheels that are a tad too large (too much wheel play where it meets the axle). I also lubed the caster bearings. This quieted the casters but will no doubt need to replace them in time with better quality.Had I not gone through the assembly stage I would have returned the cart. I assembled it thinking that I did not want to pass judgement too quickly.Learn from my experience so you will not be disappointed. I would classify this cart as light duty, suited for a homeowner or hobbyist. Not the quality that professionals want. You may also notice the identical cart in red color by another brand... when drilling the holes in the shelves I could not help but notice that the shelves were originally red and then painted black. In my opinion it appears that the manufacturer makes the same cart but is marketed under different brands... just something to be aware of if you are thinking about purchasing the red version. If given the chance, I would have spent a little more and hopefully received a better quality tool.

Absolute Junk
Absolute garbage. The drawer was already installed upside down and wont fit the correct way. Missing bolts, bent tool trays, improperly painted with rust spots in all the corners, and only half of the holes lined up. I'm on the phone right now getting my money back. buyer beware this is very low quality and not worth the time or money.
