I have had this product before from a different manufacturer. I liked it better than this case, because the adjustable strap was just a strap...not a strap with chain on it. When I saw what it was, I didn't like it, so I swapped the strap for the one from the other product.This case was cheaper than the other case, but I think it will hold up just as long...about 18 months. It's a good value.My daughter gave me the expensive "designer" case a few years ago, and it is DEFINITELY NOT worth the money. It looks nearly exactly like this case, but it lasted less than 2 years.I'm 77 years old, and I was sold on this product about 4 years ago, when my new I-Phone took a plunge in the toilet from the back pocket of my pants! I wear it all the time, even when I'm gardening.So, all things considered, I gave this an overall rating of 4 stars. However, I've only had it a couple of months, so I'll have to see how well it holds up. I wear it every day...all day.One other thing, the little pocket on the back holds about 3 cards. I use it sometimes for a purse, when I don't want to carry a purse around all day, and it holds 2 credit cards, my drivers license and a couple of paper bills. ($)

I bought this handy phone carrier. It is light weight and holds my phone perfectly as well as one credit card. It enables me to have my phone close and not have to dig through my purse or pocket for the phone when it rings. The case and chain-strap is also very attractive. I would recommend this item for anyone that wants their phone close at hand. I have tried many options for housing my phone for easy access. this one has truly been the best!

Overall good product

I had been contemplating a more expensive crossbody phone case for a while, but couldn’t bring myself to spend the $$ because I figured I might be upgrading my phone within the year. So I looked for something a little less pricey and came across this item. This case is great, and durable. I was not a fan of the gold chain on the strap though, so I purchased a separate fully-“leather” strap to use with this.I love being hands-free with this phone case while being worry-free that the phone is secure and still “attached” to me. The little pouch on the back is awesome too—I can keep my license, a credit card, and an emergency $20 inside and then I don’t need to carry my purse with me if I don’t feel like it. :)

I use this all the time. Glad I have it. I like having my hands free and my phone very close. I don’t have to dig it out of my backpack every time I want to use it.

This was a lifesaver on a recent trip to Europe. It rained almost every day I was there and navigating an umbrella, phone, bacpack etc at the same time was difficult but was made easier by not having to dig out my phone every time i wanted to take a picture. Super handy!! I still use it daily.I did have to super glue the clasps as they were so loose that the strap would fall off occasionally, which made it so the strap cannot be removed. I'm cool with it though.

I love this case!! I purchased the case during my son’s baseball season. It worked perfectly. I was able to cheer, clap, jump up and down etc. with no worry of dropping my phone. It also has a pocket with button to stash away a few bucks!!! The only issue I have with the case is there is no screen protector. I received a ton of compliments and few of the other mom’s purchase as well... I’m all set for football season now!I hated carrying a purse.

I used to have cases where a chain is attached to a longer side of the phone, and I was a little sceptical about this case. However, when I started to wear this case, I found out that this case is much more comfortable because when I speak on the phone the chain is not on a side and is away from my face. The only thing that did not work for me was that the phone did not have much protection on a screen side. Be careful. Chain is good, though.
