Excellent craftsmanship, quality material, and fits true to size (unlike most things sized 18-24 mo). My son is 22 months old but is 32 lb and 36" tall. He's in the 96th percentile for height and weight for his age, so I'm usually stuck dresseing him in ill-fitting clothes that are sized 3T-4T. However, I wanted this swimsuit to look like the old muscle beach suits that weight lifters of the 1920's & 1930's would wear, so I decided to try the 24 month size in hopes that it would be snug without giving him a wedgie or pinching his belly every time I zipped it. Well- it's perfect!! It fits like a glove and he will even have a little room to grow over the summer. Plus, the front crotch area is designed not to cut into them in that notoriously uncomfortable way- the way women in much-too-tight yoga pants seem to not be bothered by, if you catch my drift.. I will absolutely be recommending this brand, and specifically this suit, to any friends and family with babies and toddlers.

This little swim romper is so cute and does run small. Unfortunately the design is better than the construction. The stitching comes loose around the zipper with little or no wear.

We buy RuffleButts swimsuits and clothing for our girls. We bought this RuggedButts suit for a gift. Seems to be made with the same high quality as the other suits. We will be buying them for gifts again!

Fit as expected

Ordered this for my grandson to wear to the beach. Arrived as promised, fit was great, quality fabric and sun protection - everything the little guy needed.

It did not come as the picture shows. I only got a shirt and not a full romper. Not happy with this purchase but threw the packaging away so can't return.
