GOLDEN FIELD Z2 PC Case Gaming Computer Case ATX Cases Mid Tower Tempered Glass Side Panels

This is a nice looking, sturdy case and overall very good value. I had purchased this item in August and due to my schedule was not able to get around to building a new computer until November. When beginning the set-up, I noticed the case had been damaged in shipment and a footing crumbled when it was moved across the carpet. I contacted the vendor GoldenField to see about purchasing replacement parts, but they did not offer the parts I needed. However, to my surprise, they shipped me a replacement computer case. This is a very nice company to do business with!

I have built in quite a few cases and this one is spacious and gorgeous. PSU shroud and 3 sides of tempered glass for 80 bucks is a steal. Pair it with some RGB fans and you have an awesome looking rig

I order the golden field Z2 case and fell in love with it from when i got it. It is extremely well made and the materials feel premium. Sadly, my computer was stolen from my car during a move. I will build a second computer using the same case. I contacted GOLDEN FIELD because the Z2 is not in stock anymore. They told me they had an idle one in their warehouse and offered to ship it to me. Excellent customer service and excellent people overall. You wont regret buying a golden field case, specially if the Z2 comes back in stock.

This case is designed for up to 9 each 120mm fans. However only 4 fans will provide good air flow. The top fans 3 each and the back fan 1 each. The bottom fans 2 each are mounted on top of very thin and small vents. The front fans 3 each when using standard 120mm x 25mm thick are pressed against the front glass. So I guess the designer though that fans are only for display and not function. Finally there are available knock outs for a internal dvd/bluray drive but if you install one you would need to disassemble the front to use it. My problem with the knock out are they are flimsy and are also used to mount the top front fan too. It fell out when I was trying to install the fan. AGAIN DO NOT BUY THIS CASE IT IS A WASTE OF MONEY!!!

I am super satisfied with this case! Amazing deal for the price, I don't think you could do any better! Cable management is great, nice hideaway area for the excess power supply cables, so no need for modular power. Everything fits easily (ATX board). Design is impeccable with nice modern mesh filters included as well as rubber USB and headphone/Mic jack covers for the top of the case, a nice touch! Would recommend Goldenfield cases to any new or experienced builder!

Brought as needed a bigger case on a budget and am glad i was on a budget (Done like most my reviews after I used what I brought a while to try and make as fair as possible)Delivery: case turned up well packaged with no marks on the outer boxes everything was in the box when it arrived with no signs of manufacturing imperfections in quality or damage caused during delivery.Assembly was a breeze to go through and will go through most of the major components part by partMOTHERBOARD: motherboard was a mini itx had no issues getting it in position everything lined up perfectly.POWER SUPPLY: as i installed an sfx power supply i had no issues with clearence and even tried a standard corsair psu i had just incase i needed to upgrade my power levels in the future.HARDRIVES : as all my hardrives are 2.5 i actualy used the excess space the sfx power supply gave me to install hotswap 3.5 bays increasing my total hardrive capacity to 8FANS: the total number of fans in my case when intialy built was 15 compared to the 9 it actualy states and here is where/how you can install an additonal 6 ontop of the 9 stated . The top of the power supply shroud is actualy long enough to place three fan across as i have done to give me symmetry with the top of my case granting me an additonal fan point. 4 more additonal noctua fans were mounted inside the front of the case, just infront of the motherboard, on my radiator in a push pull configration. As i had a noctua industrial 140mm fan left from a old test bench i was able to mount it on a 120 to 140 fan adapter connected directly to the 120mm back fan to give me better airflow.Graphics card sloted in nice and easy with no messLIGHTING AND CABLE MANAGMENT: the shroud at the base is ideal for hiding any excess cables away from priying eyes given the build a sleek finish even with all the glass panels as well as my rgb fan and strip controls the right hand side of the case used for cable managment and has lots of cutout to theread the cables through and tie of points. however i have used plasti coil cable tidys in this to reduce the number of visible cables and even added an led light strip in with the cables to make it a feature of my build.POST BUILD ISSUES AND DISCOVERIES:AIR FLOW: This case has terrible airflow issues with water cooled systems as the vents on the front of the case actualy get obstructed by any fans put in there and that nice glass front actualy should be a mesh (am considering actualy modding the case and replacing it with a mesh) as when i remove it i can get temp drops over over 10-15% of what it is when its onFAULTS: the fan speed control button doesnt work when tested however all my fans go through a seperate fan speed controler so wasnt an issue for meFINAL THOUGHTSonce built and finished with lighting looks fantastic (Personaly went with a pale blue to match the power LED)Easy to cable manage. However like most cases if it was a 0.5cm wider behind the motherboard i would happily of payed double for the extra cable space.Build Quality cant be faulted when compared to aerocool, corsair, and fractal. and is definitly better than silverstone raven case I had.Wish they included or even instaled foam padding to go between the glass sides and the case to prevent dust getting inside if you run it in a negative pressure config but most importantly this would reduce the dB level produced by fans and components.Made the glass panel either mesh or have it come either interchangable with a mesh model.Based on this case I would happily recommened golden field products to other people

El producto me ha llegado en 4 dias perfecto con Amazon como siempre.La caja es mejor de lo que me esperaba, las uniones de la caja y las soldaduras son robustas y de calidad.Los laterales son de cristal y el frente cristal ahumado, los marcos frontales de aluminio anodizado, os puedo asegurar que el hueco interior es grande voy a meter refrigeración liquida interior y montar todos los componentes que tengo, teneis el hueco de la fuente de alimentacion abajo, pero esta independiente del resto del habitaculo, me hubiera gustado que hubiera estado arribaLa caja pesa logicamente por los cristales pero asi tiene mas estabilidad yo lo prefiero, si hubiera sido metacritalo se rayaria mas con el tiempo. Tiene recoje-cables para agruparlos.Os la recomiendo no os va a defraudar podeis mirar su marca.

The media could not be loaded. Sotto la soglia psicologica ed economica dei 100 euro, l’acquirente non può aspettarsi alcune soluzioni particolarmente raffinate. Faccio riferimento alla presenza di ventole multicolore e di materiali ricercati (aggiungo anche fragili) come il vetro temperato. Il Golden Field Z2 è una scelta economica, solida ed al tempo stesso leggera che non rinuncia al vetro su tutte le pareti verticali ad esclusione di quella posteriore realizzata in metallo.Voglio sottolineare che l’imballaggio (almeno nel mio caso) è stato sovrastimato, ingombrante e poco maneggevole. Era tanto grande da permettere il trasporto di una persona adulta al suo interno, non vi racconto lo sforzo per recuperalo dal vettore.Andando oltre questo dato colorito, il case è ben protetto nella sua confezione di vendita grazie all’inclusione di due basi in polistirolo spesso.Nella confezione di vendita ci sono le viti e le fascette necessarie per un montaggio adeguato del vostro sistema, oltre al case.Questo può alloggiare dei sistemi ATX / M-ATX / Mini ITX. I volumi interni sono suddivisi su due livelli differenti, superiormente è installabile la scheda madre, processore e scheda video, mentre un diaframma orizzontale divide l’alimentatore ed i dischi rigidi dal resto dello spazio.Lo Z2 può alloggiare due HDD da 3.5” ed un SSD da 2.5”. Non è possibile installare unità ottiche da 5.25" (no masterizzatori o lettori) .Non sono comprese le ventole con cui è pubblicizzato qui su Amazon, ma l’immagine oltre ad avere uno scopo dimostrativo sottolinea la natura del case che è a suo agio con un sistema complesso di ventole RGB o non.Non consiglio il montaggio di una vaschetta per il liquido o di un sistema personalizzato per l’allontanamento del calore perché la parete verticale e l’ossatura del case potrebbe risentirne. L’unico appunto che posso muovere a questo dispositivo è quello di essere sin troppo flessibile.È possibile il montaggio di tre ventole da 120mm sia superiormente che anteriormente. Non può alloggiare ventole da 140mm! Sono presenti due filtri antipolvere: uno nella parte superiore ed uno che protegge la ventole ed i circuiti dell’alimentatore.Mancano delle guaine sulle aperture verticali della parete e la gestione dei cavi è buona ma migliorabile. Personalmente non mi piace avere una parete in vetro trasparente (quella posteriore) che lasci vedere i cavi. Avrei preferito fosse in un vetro nero.Le viti che tengono ferme le pareti vetrate sono leggere ma abbastanza salde per assicurare la superificie.Penso che questo Golden Field Z2 sia la scelta perfetta per chi voglia avere un case in vetro temperato poco sopra gli 80 euro. Esistono sul mercato soluzioni che costano anche la metà, ma in quel caso la qualità scende proporzionalmente.Non è un case per tutti, ma gli amanti del genere apprezzeranno gli spazi e la costruzione oltre che l’estetica aggressiva e moderna. La mascherina frontale in alluminio grigio con le viti a vista è bellissima! La ventilazione del case è nella media.
