Arrived very well packed and very fast. Very good, prompt customer service.I originally bought this for me, but when it arrived realised that most of the instruments were double sided and very sharp. Having lymphadema in one arm, I was worried about using it, in case of cutting my hand while using it, so asked for a refund. The company very kindly agreed, but having still not returned it, when my replacement set arrived (another product with plastic ended tools), I started to compare and realised that there were so many pieces in this set, that I could use and found very useful too, which were not in my other set.Some examples:-Toe nail cutters with a rounded blade (small, medium, large), never seen this before, but I am sold!-rough file for feet-blackhead remover-scissors 2-finger nail clippers-and all the others my husband loveThey are all kept in a good leather zip case. I bought another one for my daughter, I liked it so much, and think it is priced well.

I tried the Suvorna Professional Manicure Pedicure Nail Care Deluxe Kit (15 Pieces) since it was in a similar price range, but was disappointed with the quality of the tools and the AWFUL quality of the carrying case. Sent it back and ordered this, and I'm very happy. The steel tools are very sharp and high quality, they are all finished well. In fact, I think my manicurist has the same set. I give the carrying case itself an 8/10. It could be nicer, but it definitely does the trick, and much MUCH better than the "case" in the previous set.My only complaint is that a few of the items are obviously just add ons. The nail file, tweezer and callus rasp aren't the same high quality and seem to be from a separate company. That being said, who cares? These aren't really why you buy the set anyhow.

I was looking for a good quality set to replace my old one that was lost during Hurricane Sandy flood and I stumbled upon this set. I have no idea what half of these do and most of them are just different sized cutical pushers. The tools that I did know and use all the time are very good quality, just like my old ones. The only think I don't like is the cutical cutter, It digs into the palm of your hand because of the way it is shaped at the handle. Other then that its a very good set! Very large bag and allot of tools!

I was looking for a comprehensive manicure set and this is it. It has every tool imaginable. The tools are of high very high quality. I showed it to my mom and she ordered one, she liked it so much. All my family have availed themselves of it. Go for it, it's worth it.

We've had this item for a month. Many tools we've yet to use. But those we've used were sturdy, sharp, and easily handled by those with small or large hands alike. The handy case is of good quality and workmanship.
