The media could not be loaded.  The chair I received felt extremely cheap. I don't understand the reviews that stated otherwise. Padding was entirely missing from several sections: it was just the fake leather stretched tight with air underneath. Once assembled, it took a while for me to build up the courage to sit in something that felt so unstable (knowing injury was possible). Id recommend you pay more and get a better product.I'm giving an additional star due to their customer service. Remaxe reached out mutliple times trying to try and resolve the issue. I cannot however give more than two stars as this review is specifically for the chair itself and the chair is cheap. If a budget chair is your primary concern, this may be fine for you. In my opinion it's certainly worth paying more for a better chair that feels sturdy.

My 12-yr-old LOVES this chair. He has a red and black one also. It’s not the same brand, but the two look great together. The massager is fairly loud. It can be heard through the house as if some sort of motor is running. It’s a beautiful chair though. As an artist who does a lot of designing I can honestly say this chair is visually inspiring. It’s modern and becomes almost a conversation piece. Friends love it too. The reclining feature is amazing and one more reason to play video games longer than necessary. :/ My son’s friend asked if he could sleep on it becaus he liked it so much.The wheels work well on our hardwood floors.The quality is excellent.Sturdy. Not too difficult to put together!Large, heavy packaging. Might need help getting it up stairs.Will look good as styles change depending on the color of your choice. Wait until it’s on sale like I did! These are not cheap chairs.Will make your room look more put-together and expensive.

This chair is on quality with most other racing gamer chairs. The only this is after a week or so of use the hydraulic actuator thing goes down slowly throughout the day and I have to pull the lever to get it back up. Not a big deal but it's kind of annoying.Update- I did receive a new gas lift that was sent to me for free. It was a major pain to replace the part but it seems to hold up fine now. The customer service response time was good aswell. Update- 6 months after replacing gas lift-it is still going down slowly....nice

Comfortable chair however the leather is fake and thin. If you have cats they will tear the heck out of it. Otherwise, I love sitting in this chair.

Never thought to spend so much on a chair worth it

This chair is super comfortable, comes with a footrest and is very adjustable- it's easy to install and is a very large chair. Would recommend 100% for the price.

Its a larger chair (seat portion) vrs a reg economy gaming chair. But it has a few issues, cudos for all the hardware being in all the holes and no shipping damage, but the bad was one of the seat mount bolts was cross threaded. (Paid heck getting it out) I was able to get it out and just re-tap the hole to the next up and go with a new bolt.(I plan to contact seller about this and other issues) The arm rest location is ok when the backrest is sitting at 90 degrees, but any other position recline position they are way to far forward. The arm rest vertical adjustment is nice but they are loose as heck, weeble and wobble, yet the mount is solid so the fit was made too loose. Another thing is the chair sits about 2" lower then my old cheap one by another manufacture (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01HNTLIM4/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1) I would think that making a larger chair you would also make the chair go taller for taller people who have longer legs. I will give this chair a week and update my review if needed.* Updated review*Talked with seller and they sent me another set of are rests to see if that fixed the loose, wobble problem. It helped some but not enough to where I would consider it to be a tight fit. I have to give customer support an A+

I love the adjustability of chair. You can fine tune the height, angle, and arm rests to best suit your needs. The back and neck support are also great. It also has a leg rest if you like to have your legs up. If you want a chair that you can sit in all day then this is the one for you!
