Was so excited to get this, and was so disappointed. It needs another flat pillow underneath it to get it to the height to be effective. Have tried it a few different times, hoping something has changed. Always end up with my other pillow under my head and this one on the floor.

Best pillow ever!! I ordered one of these for me. Been having some neck and shoulder issues. Tried a few different pillows. I like these pillows because they prevent me from subconsciously moving my arms over my head while sleeping. The support on my neck is great whether I sleep on my side or my back. Just a great night sleep. I liked mine so much and looked forward to bedtime. My husband was jealous of the relationship with my pillow so he bought one too. We both sleep well now. Is it a crime that I like my pillow more than my husband? 😉

This flattened out very quickly... within the first week I’d say it’s lost 1/3 it’s thickness

Very thin. Doesn’t really support my neck like I had hoped.

Oh boy this thing is great. The picture makes it look very oddly shaped but it’s more subtle. Super comfortable for back or side sleeping.

Does not get warm except at top of neck. At the neck opening it gets hot enoug to burn if it didn't fall off. The rest of the heating pad does not get warm. I had a replacement sent and both are the same.

The pillow is soft but the concave section for the neck is low with no neck support. Without the cover, it measures approximately 4 inches tall and when I turn on my side, I have to rotate my shoulder forward and it causes neck, shoulder, and upper back strain and pain. I do not know if my pillow is defective.
