I had to uninstalled after 2 weeks. So I installed the product working for 2 weeks and the blue light is on but just stopped working very sad about this I removed it and reinstalled a few times and nothing so removed it and ordered a new product from another seller lets see how that go. Very disappointed in this product.

My current wiring in my flat does not support this switch, The blue wire in the photo is NOT the cable needed, it needs another type to be looped back to my fuse box, I can't do this as I just rent, I have asked an electrician to survey the requirements and he tells me... to get this working the whole building of 5 flats will need to be re-wired the electricity supply that's coming into the building is only 1 Feed and split off to each flat on a card/key meter system. I CAN'T EVEN GET MY OWN SUPPLY because of the way the house and flats are wired in an old 1980s wiring system. So before you buy Make sure your wiring system is up to the job. OR If you know what you're doing with your lights and a room light is below 5Amps you could try and use a SON-OFF Switch instead but I'm not an electrician this is only one of my crazy thoughts that could work, But DONT TAKE MY WORD FOR IT get a sparky in if you DONT KNOW WHAT YOU'RE DOING

I had no issues with the installation, it was a bit fiddly getting it to fit correctly as the 'smart' electronics take up a sizable chunk of the recess in the wall, however I managed to squeeze it all in and it looks great. Haven't connected it to alexa yet but the app works fine with it and the touch control is responsive

Didn't work for me. Anyone experiencing the the same issues? It was installed and seemed to work fine but 1) unlike other switches from the same line (3 gang, dimmer) all 1 gang ones make a click. 2) we have to press it 10-50 times for it to switch in/off the light 3) could jot connect to network, or connected but then it dropped the connection.I'm now stuck with some 20 of these throughout the flat and some 7 of them don't work, nonjdea what to do and how to claim return last the deadline and labour to fit something else. And what is the alternative? All the other ones are either "smart" but not smart enough for Google home, or don't have the full set of 1,2,3 gang and dimmers.

Well made and looks smart when installed. Seems to carry all the certification marks. Cable clamps are easy to access. Remember that a neutral is required, but terminal will accommodate multiple cables. When in use WiFi indicator is discreet. Once installed app is easy to pair any use.

Just bought this for my daughter's room. Fitted with no issues. Had a little trouble adding it to the app but got it sorted eventually. Added to Alexa with no issues at all. This uses the eWeLink app but it may work with other smartphone apps.In terms of looks, this switch looks awesome.In terms of user guides, don't bother..The front of this clips off allowing you to fix to the patress box.To join to the app, press and hold the circle for 5 seconds until it flashes quickly. Start the app up and connect to your 2.4ghz wireless.Add via Alexa after that.

Great product great service works seamlessly with Google home looks great just make sure you have an earth wire (blue) and download ewelink app and your good to go

had this installed by a professional electrician and it just will not connect to our network. we have around 30 other smart devices connect around the house and they all work fine.
