I just started taking these this past week but I wanted to write a review right away because I have a hard time finding Iron I can tolerate even with food. I have a super sensitive stomach so Iron is hard for me to manage but I am petit and easily become anemic. I have actually been able to take these without stomach issues (I haven't tried on an empty stomach yet but no problems with taking this with food so far). If your sensitive to iron this is a good option!

I love that the Iron is clean and not a variety of ingredients. It was easy to swallow , and didn’t cause me any digestive issues. Also grateful for the fact that there was no weird taste. Good amount of supplement for the price.

Within a few days I started feeling better. I have low iron and which makes me fatigued, cold, and constantly eat ice. I picked these because it’s a small capsule. I take 2 a day in the am on an empty stomach. Don’t mix with magnesium. I take the 2 supplements 3 hours apart before or after I take magnesium. Great for gut health and they won’t constipate you. I love this product and it works. My iron is almost where it needs to be. Stay consistent

I gave 4 stars only for the after taste of metal but overall it seems to be a good supplement. I haven't been taking it long enough to see full effect. I have learned it is best to take on an empty stomach and accompanied with Vitamin C as it helps your body absorb the iron.

This iron is great. Take with food as directed. After 1 wk. My iron went from 11 to 13. And it doesn't irritate my stomach as the iron tabs do
