I agree with the advice to size up. To get this fit, I usually get a small bolero sweater, this was an XL. I'm 5' 1/2" 148lbs, Though in the picture it is open, it only stretched slightly for me to be able to button. I love the fit, material length, and light weight.Green - I think the color will work well enough. The color was much deeper than my monitor portrayed in the listing. I expected it to be brighter to match the bright green dress band in the photo. These are the different color green dresses so you can see how it compares/compliments.Purple - Much deeper than the monitor portrayed the color in the listing, it reminds me more of a wine color purple, my photos really didn't pick up the color I see visually. You can see by the purple roses dress, the sweater matches the deeper color.

I really love this, but it’s super small and difficult to exchange so I didn’t think it was worth it. I got a large. Order up a size unless you want it to only cover your shoulders/chest!

I purchased the green one at a boutique in New Orleans. It is a size XL. I liked it so much I found the brand on Amazon and bought 4 more colors. Though I decided to size up with 1X and see what the difference was. It’s a pretty significant difference. Both sizes fit nicely and comfortably. I prefer the XL for my body type. It is more flattering. I like the feel of the 1X better cause it does not cling. I wear 14-16, but I prefer my clothes to not cling. So I wear 16 more frequently. I have included pictures with both sizes and all the colors. The material is a little delicate. I snagged the green sweater, but it’s fine. I have washed it 3 times and I air dry it so it will not shrink or snag in the wash. I also wash it in a lingerie bag to make it last longer. I loved this enough to buy 4 more even with the delicate fabric for my not so delicate self…

Overall this too worked well for my costume this year. It does run small and short so size up.I bought a size medium.

I have about half a dozen of these sweaters in different colors from the specific manufacturer. I consider them a good value for what you get, and the choice of colors is extensive, which is helpful. They help me extend my summer sundress collection into autumn by adding a bit of warmth to an otherwise cold shoulder dress, for example. what I don’t like about them is that the material is not very high-quality and you can’t wear it a lot without starting to see the acrylic pill up. for this reason I subtracted a star because the quality could be higher in terms of the fabric. I think they have the right amount of stretch and I think they fit true to size and are flattering. They get the job done , the material could be nicer however.

I found this brand with amazing reviews and having a struggle to get a selection of cropped cardigans in the UK I thought I would give them ago. They are really expensive coming from the US but I thought it might be worth it. I ordered a 1Xl and 2Xl to try. I think they run pretty true to size and are super strechy. A large or XL would probably of fitted me best. But they are so thin you can see the pattern of my dress through them so best to size up to avoid that. They quality is ok. Im not confident they would last a lot of washes and excess wear. But they thing that threw me off the most is the colour. The light grey honestly isnt a nice colour. You can see in the pictures. I placed it next to my old light grey cardi. You can see how brown/greenish it is and how dark. And the light blue, the 2 different sizes had completely different colours. The one that fitted looked almost turquoise on...and the other was almost a light grey. Not to mention one was tossed in a bag screwed up with no tags making me think it's not new. At the £30 price point I cannot recommend these at all. And I wish I could as I thought I'd found my answer to cropped cardis. They would be fine for £10 max but £30 is too steep. The colours are hit and miss, the quality isnt reall there and I'm pretty disappointed. If you are in the UK like me and considering trying them from America I personally wouldn't recommend it. However they were very soft and felt nice. Shame they are so thin.

Dieses Bolero ist sehr schön in der Farbe und Qualität und ist sehr angenehm zu tragen.Das erste Bolero ging zurück da zu gross, die Rückvergütung habe ich schnell erhalten. Das zweite Mal habe ich nur 1xX bestellt mit Brustumfang 108cm, Taille 96cm und Körperlänge 163cm, es sitzt perfekt. Der Preis ist noch ok.

I just adore these cardigans, they are a must in any 50s vintage lovers wardrobe.I mistakenly ordered 2 in 4x and so they are too big but I kept them anyway and still wear them and will reorder the Opal colour a size smaller.I won’t reorder the light orange as the colour is a bit of a slight miss for me (too much of a light burnt orange)

Leider nach dem lesen der Rezensionen Größe XXL statt XL bestellt. Ergebnis: zu groß – vor allem die Ärmel. Werd das Bolero aber nochmal eine Größe kleiner bestellen. Farbe rosa im Original wie auf dem Bild online dargestellt, Schnitt nicht zu eng sondern passend zu meinem Stil eher locker-lässig. Lieferung hat ohne Probleme funktioniert.
