Great purchase!
Great Chair! Very comfortable and stylish. Looks just like the picture. Ideal for long hours working or just relaxing!

Base broke.,
The chair is very comfortable and love being able to raise the arm rest. There was a challenge to get it together because the holes didn't align correctly but after working on it for a while. I got it all tightened up good and secured. My problem with the chair is the base where the duel wheels are inserted into the base. I weigh about 240 lbs. and the specs said it would hold up to 300 lbs. I was gaming in the chair when one of the duel wheels popped out of the base. After inspection, the hole where the wheels were inserted into the base broke. Just the hole. The base is made of plastic and probably will hold 300 lbs. but only if the weight is applied straight down and not at an angle, as I do when I am gaming. Bottom line, good chair for the money but not good for gaming.

Not as durable as advertised.
I purchased this chair with high expectation but It has disappointed me since day one. first: it doesn't seem like it should be rated for 300 lbs.the frame is a lot lighter than one would expect for a chair with its rating Second: Within the two half weeks I have had it the base developed several issues, the pneumatic cylinder has pushed it way through the base and touches the floor, and today one of the wheel mounts failed causing a wheel to fall off. I weigh 260 lbs. well within the maximum weight rating for this chair, so this chair should have not have had any of these issues specially right out of the box. other than these issues I like the chair and the armrest design which was the main reason I choose this chair.
