Lovely pure henna
Lovely organic pure henna. I mix with a little indigo so my grey roots are not too orange. This is enough for 1 application and 2 root touch ups - my hair is curly just past shoulder - so I mix the lot and freeze. I've been hennaing my hair for 20 years on and off so am used to the process. Personally henna thickens, adds shine and weight to my fine curls. Renaissance henna is easy to mix, chemical free henna, just the job!

I am highly allergic to all hair dyes ( since having a ,so-called, henna tattoo in Thailand) but these renaissance products have finally enabled me to cover my grey hairs.I am so delighted.I have just received my second lot so will be dying those greys away this arvo. I am more confident with my timings now and I always get a great colour . So many people have commented on the lovely colour of my hair. The tones are so natural - once I have added the indigo . Lovely colour
Regularly use henna and indigo now having been left with an itchy scalp from using high street hair dyeThis batch of henna produced a lovely colour as my hairdresser remarked and I was very pleased with final glossy healthy non itchy result. The powder was finely milled and easy to mix making a useful paste which stayed firmly on the head and not all over the bathroom like some coarser products. Very happy with the result.

Misleading description
Description of this product is misleading as it is NOT a brown hair dye, it's required that you buy indigo powder as well, it is in fact red hair dye and in order to achieve brown you have to use it with indigo. The price of both indigo & henna I normally buy is what I paid just for this henna.

Brown hair dye is an excellent colour on my hair. I didn't use Indigo after Brown Henna hair dye.I loved it. I will continue to use this product.It covered my grey hair very well as well.
