The media could not be loaded.  Whilst being laid up for four months with a serious leg injury I had a lot of time to browse Amazon and, being one of the world’s worst at misplacing my keys (and my mobile phone), I was excited to come across this key finder. Being housebound I was unable to use it for some time but since I’ve been up and about I’ve found this remote key finder set extremely useful. It came nicely boxed, and supplied with two AA batteries (always a plus), six CR2032 batteries - one for each key fob - an opening tool, a handy little bracket to stick on a wall (at least I know where that is!), and well written instructions for use.I found the fobs difficult to open with the plastic opening tool, and was afraid to apply too much force in case I broke the casings, or the tool. The plastic tool seemed a bit too soft and fiddly so I selected a flat headed screwdriver to fit the slots, and gently prised them open with that.The sound is not as loud as I would have liked, though I suspect they are made for finding keys indoors but, unless they are close by, or you know their general location, it’s not that easy to locate them without walking around with the sensor. Maybe my hearing is not as good as it should be.The CR2032 batteries go in the fobs with the writing uppermost and, as they are pushed down you can see the two little grey ends of the indicator (opposite the red wire) flash red - this is the same light that flickers on and off with the beeping detector and sound, and which shows through a ‘pinhole’ between the coloured lines on the front of the fob when it is activated.My only problem now, is remembering which colour fob is for which key, and to know which button to press. But this is an attractive set of key finders, which works, and has saved me a lot of searching - and stress!

Opened up as a present for Christmas (less than a week before Christmas) and put all the batteries in and tested each one, each one worked. My partner opened it up on Christmas and one of the remotes is no longer working.The other remotes all worked really well, quite a loud sound too so easy to find whatever needed. The sticky bits on the strongest, mostly just disappointed in the battery life.

The media could not be loaded.  I decided to buy this after spending 3 whole hours tearing the house apart looking for my keys (they were in a coat pocket that I never usually wear).The kit arrived in good condition and inside you get a remote control unit, x6 of the tags in various colours and a instruction page.In addition you also get x2 AAA batteries inside the remote control and a pack of x6 coin cell type batteries for putting inside the tags and a little tool to help you open the tags for putting the battery into each which is a quick 1 minute or less job for each. You also get a plastic mount / holster for the remote control unit which can be mounted to a surface or door either either the included 3M branded double sided adhesive pad or you can screw it too (screws not supplied). For the tags you get x6 split rings (keyrings) for attaching the tags to your keys and also x6 little double sided adhesive pads should you want to attach the tags to something like the underside of a TV remote control etc.Apart from putting the batteries into the tags there is no set up required as the tags are already paired (connected) to the remote unit. To operate you just press the corresponding coloured button on the remote control to activate the tag as shown in my included video. When you press the button the tag starts to beep and a little red led will flash too. So very simple set up and very easy to use.In my house my keys have a blue tag and the wife's car key has a pink one.The system uses 433 mhz radio frequency to operate which gives it a impressive range which even for larger houses should be more than enough to locate your lost keys or stuff.Only wish I got something like this years ago when I think of the time wasted hunting for keys! Well worth the money and a nice bit of kit.

Great solution to a previous problem Mother--in-law lost £300 set of car keys in field, not having that happen again, bought this key fob finder to save a bundle.Sadly the key fobs failed after 6 months and after 8 months all batteries dead and all 6 key fobs failed to work.I seems my review is the polar opposite to all the rest here, I very much doubt we've have 6 dud fobs and batteries.

I am almost late for work every morning. I get up early, manage to get ready with loads of time to spare, and then 10 seconds before I need to leave the house, I realise I can't find my keys. What then happens is a mad dash around every room, looking in drawers, pockets, shoes, you name it.I'd been recommended a Tile, but the price of this just seems ridiculous for what it is. A quick search on Amazon brought these to my attention, and for less than half the price of the Tile, I get six fobs to attach to any easy-to-lose items. The fob itself is very lightweight and about half the size of a car key.I keep the remote next to the door and each morning a quick press of the corresponding button lets loose a high-pitched beeping that I can use to locate my keys.Whilst, this may not be as 'smart' as some of the more modern methods, it's perfect for what I need and has saved me countless minutes of searching.The only things I would improve would be to have the beeping last a little longer so that you can avoid repeated pressing of the remote whilst looking for your keys.

Tout est ok ah peut être une chose ouverture boîtier pas facile. Contrairement à un autre modèle acheté précédemment.

Facile da montare, completo di tutte le batterie e degli adesivi sia per la basetta che per i 6 mini allarmi. Un comodo anello permette di agganciarli facilmente. La basetta ha un comodo supporto a muro. Ben fatto. Le batterie durano oltre un anno e sono facilmente cambiabili, viene fornito un comodo supporto per aprire facilmente il vano batteria di ogni mini allarme

Escogimos estos localizadores porque los anteriores que tuvimos (de otro vendedor) nos fallaron en el plazo de un mes.Con estos llevamos el mismo tiempo y son fantásticos y hasta el momento no hemos tenido ningún problema, los probamos todos a menudo para asegurarnos de que no fallan...y genial!Tenemos los seis localizadores en uso y los encontramos rápidamente cuando no sabemos dónde los hemos dejado!Emiten un doble sonido, lo que te da unos segundos de más para ir a buscarlos.Esperemos que sigan así durante mucho tiempo.Nos llegaron a su debido tiempo y recomendamos mucho su compra!!
