I was super impressed with ordering Ryze on Amazon! I placed my order after 9am, and it arrived on my doorstep before 1pm, which was amazing because I was excited to try it out and got to do that pretty much immediately. It arrived in a nice, well-sized, branded box that was in excellent condition. Oftentimes I receive orders that are incredibly wasteful with packaging materials, but this was completely the opposite. The product inside was protected, but the packaging was perfectly minimal.I’ve been drinking Ryze one to two times a day for almost a week now, and am loving the results. I still do drink a regular cup of coffee early in the morning (I have three small kids and a death grip on that coffee), but overall I feel like I have a more sustained amount of energy through the day, and significantly less bloating.I like the taste, and think I’ve found my preferred preparation method by adding oat milk, a dash of maple syrup, and a bit of cardamom and cinnamon. I’ve not even finished half of the first bag but I’m already thinking about placing another order 🎉

I’ve been a mushroom coffee lover since 2015, when Four Sigmatic first came on the market (one of the first), and it’s made a huge impact on my life. Since then, I’ve kept up and tried almost every mushroom product I come across. Surprisingly, I’d heard so much about RYZE and seen their ads everywhere, but hadn’t gotten around to trying them since they weren’t on Amazon until recently. To keep things to the point, here’s my own Q&A:- Is it mainstream?-Yes, they seem to be one of the largest brands on the market.- Do they offer a good dose of mushrooms?-Yes, 2,000mg, which is good size dose.- Is the mushroom extract high quality?-No, it’s a lower-quality extract made with grain and fillers. I can tell because it doesn’t dissolve well and leaves a lot of sediment due to the starch. The best & most potent mushroom extracts are made from 100% fruiting bodies, which is what you should always look for on the label.-Does it taste good?-It’s… barely tolerable. Maybe if you’re used to earthy flavors. Grainy texture. It took a lot of masking for me to get through a whole bag.-Did you feel any benefits?-Not really, I didn’t feel any noticeable body or mind shift after a few weeks, maybe a little less jitters. However, I know for a fact that functional mushrooms are good for you long term.-Is it the best mushroom coffee on the market?-Not really. There are smaller brands that offer much higher-quality products.In conclusion, I’m not sure what value I see for the price, and probably wouldn’t order this again. In my current rotation, I have Everyday Dose, Lucid Super Coffee, and Cuppa. I’d say Lucid is my top choice right now because it’s transparent about its dosages, contains nootropics (which are super fuel for your brain: 2,000 mg of mushrooms and 3,000 mg of nootropics), and it tastes great. EDD is a good mid tier product. Cuppa is a decent bargain brand. The lesson here is that just because a brand is the biggest fish in the pond doesn’t mean their product is the “best”, and maybe invested more $$ in their marketing than their product. I stay open to smaller brands that are more passionate about what they’re offering. Always research before you buy!

I’ve been a life long coffee addict but have recently found that my stomach can’t handle it the same way it used to.After a lot of research I decided to try Ryze to see if it could help me get through my days without messing with my stomach and I was very pleased with the results.The taste was good! I like flavored creamer in my coffee and after some mild tweaking found the right ratio for this!It really does give me an energy boost! This was possibly the most important thing to me as a working mom with very energetic kids!No tummy issues! I’ve found my stomach increasingly less upset and less bloated the longer I’ve used this (currently have been using it for almost a week).If you have been considering this product I would definitely recommend but remember that if you don’t like coffee by itself you may need to play around with it to find a combination that works best for you!
