Harts Premium Rattan Dining Set, Cube 8 Seats Garden Patio Conservatory Furniture inc & Parasol (Grey)

I was unsure at first whether to buy this, as I was a bit sceptical on how it would arrive and whether it would be of good quality. I had been toying up with the idea of purchasing something cheaper, however after doing some research and looking at the other reviews I decided to take the gamble and bought it. It finally arrived today and I have been nothing but impressed!After purchasing it 2 weeks ago, I asked for it to be delivered today, to which it did with no issues at all. The company were quick to reply to my emails and were very thorough when answering any questions I had.It was delivered first thing this morning and everything was packed up securely and safely. My first impressions was on how light it was, when everything was separated, which meant that it could be easily moved around. The chair and tables are of superb quality and so far seem robust and well manufactured. The table is much bigger than what I imagined it as well, which is a bonus. The cushions are comfortable and store nicely on top of the chairs when it is to be folded away into a cube.For anyone deciding whether to buy this, it is a very good purchase which won't disappoint you. I have been very impressed with the level of service from the company and with the item itself and have recommended them to many of my friends.

This is the perfect set for our house - bought June 2017. The seats are comfortable, it's nice to have the four main seats (with seat and back pad) - then the four stools (with their own seat pads) are really useful (for young people!). The main thing for our purchase was that it all really neatly and easily tucks into the cube, and with the package came the parasol and cover. This has been left this out all winter - pads included [which might not have been the proper thing to do!] - and they have not got a mark on them. It looks great too and is of pretty good quality and I felt a great price and limited assembly (just the glass top to add if I recall correctly). I really didn't want a set that i had to put away in the garage over winter. The cover has faded (but it's been out in ALL weathers for nearly a year now) and I stupidly caused a split in the cover (all my fault) - so will look to replace that to keep the water out. I would highly recommend.

I did check out everything that was available and I have to say the service and quality cannot be over exaggerated. The delivery was prompt, first class and the haulier kept us fully informed on the delivery time. The whole set, came well packaged on a pallet, upon opening everything was first class no damages or breakages.Very easy to put together no tools required, as you can see from the photograph fits perfectly on our decking .A first class service and quality, very well done the team at Harts, will definitely purchase from you again and cannot recommend you enough.

I purchased this garden set after many hours or searching the Internet. I required the set to be robust, with a quality feel. The main driver was to offer my fiancée protection from the sun, due to an increased risk of skin cancer via the large multi-angle umbrella.I’m very pleased I purchased this set. Delivery was super efficient. The set arrived in good order, & well packaged too.The seats are comfy due to a pleasent seating height & thick cushions. I’m over 6ft tall & have no seating complaints. Table is well constructed, with a toughened glass top, complete with protected hole, via incert for the umbrella (and bottom fixing ring/screw)The umbrella works well, & has a rachet wind up/down mechanisum which is helpful for my fiancé when using. Also the angle pivot is easy to use.Good buy. Good quality. Happy fiancé ....& reduced skin risk...happy me!

Came on time selected on date selected.Well packed and protected, pallet dropped as near to access as possible. Knew would not be delivered to garden site after reading numerous reviews before purchase. Bonus is NO assembly.Unpack and use. We had the set for several weeks before we could use it - weather etc etc. Have now used and really delighted, seems good value for money when looking at other similar sets available. Has withstood very windy weather, torrential rain and a combination of the two - stood its ground and not damaged. Love the grey. Would have liked a more serviceable colour for covers for the chairs/stools as it came in cream - looked at getting recovered - cost nearly as much as the unit, so a few throws may be the answer. Chairs comfortable - I am 6' 2" and neither of us skinny. For the price, feel this is a good value purchase and so far we are chuffed with it and would recommend.

Amazing. Great quality! The only thing to note is that when it get delivered, the courier will leave it at your door step on top of a palette! Yes you’ve heard it... with a palette that you have to get rid of after. They will not take it inside.

Furniture arrived today on the exact day stated. Delivery was very organised with t/call beforehand to check on address details etc.Delivery guy brought everything round the side of the house and left it on the patio so did not have to carry it from the road as I expected I might have to based on what the website stated.The furniture is excellent, it looks exactly as described and has a real premium feel about it. very very good value for money and I will certainly be using this seller again in the future.

We love this garden table-good quality, however we didn't check the size of table properly before the order which already made and can not fold up their legs, so it couldn't get through from our front door. Fortunately, we could bring it from neighbor's garden! I would recommend to everyone to check the size before order!
