Amazon should take it off from its market. I suspect that it is not really 128GB, as some sellers do by configuring its memory to show as if it was but actually it is much less.. This causes the kind of problems i had with this product. I copied 1200 pictures, many did not copy well, but later when i tried to copy it to my PC, it says the driver is not formatted at all. Connecting to iPhone, it said it cant read from the drive. So i did format it from the PC which clearly erased all the pictures. I copied again twice, with exactly the same results. I submitted a question to the seller and did not get a response. So if it is not indeed 128GB, and you try to copy to it more that it really has, this is what would happen. If you copy less, that what ever memory size ithas, it might work fine. I did try to copy few word documents to the drive, and indeed could read them on the drive. I would now buy only from known manufacturers even if it cost bit more.

When I bought the product I thought it would be great got it delivered. Received it in a timely manner. Downloaded the app was able to use it the first time with no problems. However four months later went to use it a second time and the drive will not work at all. The red light that would come on the first time I used it indicating that it was working no longer works with my iPhone. I tried plugging it into my iPad and nothing. I plugged it into another phone of a family member the light came on just fine. The iOS portion is garbage. I was able to use it once successfully in four months and now will no longer work. Very disappointed .

The app doesn't work very well,because it would keep "error-ing" and I would have to start all over. In theory this would be a great product. But it's a bit time consuming to use. Probably easier to just plug your phone in to your computer and transfer to a better memory stick that way.

I was able to download files from my phone to it but from that point it quit working. Unable to get the photos off of it when connected to my laptop. It just doesn't work.

Didn't work at all. This is a piece if junk. Not sure why it gets so many good reviews.

would not take all types of video

This accessory worked for a short time; then on no cell phone or computer. It's technological garbage. Do not waste your money.
