Take control of your health: Read these books and follow the advice!
My husband and I read these books out loud to each other, which meant we were both up to speed and discussing the issues (and solutions) raised. I liked that the science was laid out in an easy to understand way and gave us the WHY we needed to change our nutrition. These books have changed our lives. Gone is the brain-fog, the aches and pains and the fatigue. We would say that it is absolutely well worth the effort needed to make the relatively simple changes to diet and lifestyle that result in better cognitive and general health. My only reservation is the cost of the supplements that are recommended. We've chosen to do some research on the foods that are rich in the required nutrients and eat those instead of taking expensive and sometimes dubious quality manufactured supplements. I'd also like to point out that if you are still eating highly processed foods, and /or foods that are contaminated with pesticides then no amount of expensive supplements will solve the problem. We've chosen to reduce our toxin levels across the board and this has undoubtedly contributed to our present good health. 'Normal' food and the drugs we 'need' to manage the conditions that are caused by eating crap, is destroying quality of life and making a pile of money for a few. But dont believe me, Do your own research.

This book is cutting edge information on how to improve your health! As a blood type A person, I have had to do years of research to find out how to improve my health! I have studied gut bacteria for years; make my own yogurt and kombucha to keep my body healthy as a blood type A person. Blood type A people have weak digestion systems. This book has helped me put all my past research together and become more healthy. I am 68 years old and take no medicines and am in good health. These books are some of my favorites now! Gut bacteria is the future of getting rid of disease!

I’ve learned so much in Grain Brain and Brain Maker already. Onto the Whole Life Plan next. This guy knows what he’s talking about and the numbers/science proves it.
