High in fibre and vegetable protein. Ideal for a lower carbohydrate diet. A small portion is very filling. These bean-based noodles have a delicate flavour and a satisfying bite if cooked correctly. They do not require much cooking. Just bring to the boil and simmer for 4-5 minutes and then remove immediately and rinse under cold water to retain the 'al dente' type texture.
