So glad I found this product! Since taking HoloZyme Digestive Enzymes, eating has become more enjoyable again. It’s well tolerated – even with my histamine intolerance.

I think this product works. I changed my diet at the same time, so I can’t isolate the variable, but I think there might be something to it.

It worked really well for me. It helped me a lot digest foods like meat and some fruits that cause bloating, like mangoes and prunes, as well as dairy products.

I will not buy again. It was my fault that I did not read the directions it should be more transparent. 8 pills a day is to much 2 per meal and 2 a bedtime.

I use this for a while and I felt good and then I quit using it and I realized I was having issues with bloating and uncomfortableness after eating. So I'm back on it and I'm feeling much better again
