The Light of Pure Knowing consists of 6 CDs with a total of 18 hours of recordings and a book containing the transcript of the CDs. It seems to me that this format is unique in terms of what's available to purchase from teachers of Non-Duality.The meditations gradualy take you into enquiry in a way that is clear, penetrating and deeply relaxing. I listen to the meditations during formal sittings, but have also found them relaxing to listen to again while travelling to or from work. It sounds like it has been recorded in a studio and is like having Rupert Spira in the room talking with you. These meditations have a transformative effect and are in my opinion a powerful tool for anyone interested in exploring Non-Duality and self enquiry.

In These beautifully presented meditations Rupert takes you beyond the beliefs and contractions of the mind and body that thinks it is limited, finite and separate and guides you to look deeply into the truth of your own direct experience to point too the peace and pure, aware, timeless presence that is your own being. I'm really enjoying these meditations. Highly recommend!
