My hot tub guy could not fix a leak on one of the hoses. It is an older hot tub and replacement parts are not available. I was ready to replace it. Then I ordered this tape, and wrapped it around the leaky connection. It has been 6 months. My hot tub does not leak at all. Brilliant.

The old pipes on my kitchen sink are holding on by a thread. I’m waiting until my landlord raises my rent in 6 months to ask for a list of repairs. This tape worked perfectly! It’s been a few weeks and not a drop of water has leaked. It was very easy to apply, took 2 minutes.

Similar to f4 tape I used in the military 50 years ago. This works for most applications.

This does NOT come even close to the fusion tape made in the USA ! It is much thinner, hardly any adhesive. Poor quality ! Don't spend your money of this for the price.

Compared to the butyl tape I've used before, this silicone tape seems to stick to itself better. It works in the same way, cut off a piece along with the plastic backing. Remember that it is stretchy so it will be longer when you use it. Peel off the backing and start wrapping it around whatever you are taping. I always plan to wrap around at least 2 or 3 times while stretching it to get a good bond to itself. Remember it doesn't stick to anything, only itself, so no taping flat surfaces just things you can wrap it around.
