This purchase was to replace memory foam pillows. I found this pillow but instead of first ordering it I tried 2 other less expensive latex pillows that were not contour, big mistake. One of those was too soft, with no support, the other was firm enough, but not enough thickness to support neck. I finally ordered this pillow I had first found. When you first receive it, it does look pretty flat with little contour, but it looks this way because the cover stretches over it masking the contour of it (the case is too small as others noted). If you unzip cover and look at pillow, it is indeed as the picture someone sent in, nice contours. I am a side sleeper and this pillow was firm enough to actually support my neck. I use it on the high side. The contour pillows are tricky to pick out. If you get a nice soft cushy one, you may not get the neck support you need. I have neck issues from past accident, and the support is the most important to me. This pillow is not hard, but it is firm. The only things I would have liked better, would have been a little more height in the contours-at least 1/2 inch up to an inch, and a case that was larger to actually fit properly. These two things are not deal breakers however, and this is the best support latex pillow I have found. I thought the price was a little high, and almost got the non organic one for less, but was not sure if it was the exact same contour shape, and also figured the extra expense would be worth it for how long my pillows last me.

This is hands down the best pillow I have ever owned! It is soft, yet firm and supportive, and holds my head and neck in perfect alignment. There was absolutely no odor whatsoever and I love the fact that it is organic and non-toxic!The only thing I would say is that I would like to see this pillow offered in more sizes. The large side is a little too high and the low side just a teeny bit too low, but so are all the other cervical pillows I have tried and this one is just so much more comfortable, AND organic, so I just deal with it. I do have to turn over because my shoulders will hurt a little if I lie on one side too long, but at least my head and neck are always in perfect alignment.What would be ideal is three sizes, with the two sides being a little closer in size. That way if one side is too short it is far more likely that the other side will be perfect. Having such a huge discrepancy in size doesn't make sense. I really hope they will offer more sizes in the future!And finally, I would be remiss if I didn't mention Organic Textiles outstanding customer service! Before making my purchase I emailed them a few times and then again, after I bought my pillow. They replied to each and every email and did so promptly! Really outstanding customer service and a great product!

I have not had a chance to try this pillow for sleep yet. The smell is sooooo strong I had to open the windows in my house. I’ve had the pillow outside in a shady, breezy location for over 2 weeks (I bring it inside at night and during bad weather) and it still smells. I would love to give this a try if the smell ever dissipates.

I just have to say that I am completely in love with this Latex Contour Pillow.I've been struggling with an issue of waking up in the morning with migraine headaches for the last 4 years. It's been a fairly inconsistent issue, but every few months I will get slammed by it for a few days or up to a week, and I'll have to go to the chiropractor to get an adjustment to deal with the issue. It's a problem with my cervical vertebrae. My neck has been sensitive for years. I have tried every kind of pillow. Wool neck roll pillow. Organic cotton / natural fiber filled neck roll pillow. I slept with a super flat millet husk pillow for 10 years. And of course your regular down filled pillow. I've even been going to sleep for years without any pillow at all, because my cervical vertebrae was so sensitive, and any forward tilt in my neck would make it difficult for me to fall asleep. It's been a journey.I think that this Latex Contour pillow is my forever pillow. It is the softest thing I have ever laid on, but it's also firm and supportive. Perfection. I don't want to lift my head up in the morning, it's so good. Also, there was absolutely no smell. It was perfect straight out of the box. Seriously, this was probably the best Amazon purchase I've made all year.

I've tried a half a dozen Organic latex pillows. This one is by far the best. Being able to customize the level of loft and firmness is key. I bought a medium - medium and it is perfect for my needs. It has just the right amount of support and is comfortably soft. It keeps my head in a truly neutral position. Many of the other latex pillows on the market are like bricks. There is a slight smell (common with natural latex) that dissipates quickly. I'm thrilled with this purchase.

Excellent chemical-free, natural pillow that properly supports your neck and shoulder. NO synthetic anything to breathe in all night! It does have a faint, not unpleasant, smell first, but dissipates within a few days.The firmness and height is ideal for me, the contour curve is perfect for cervical support. The pillow I received is not as photo shown, it is better. The higher side is over 5” and the lower is 4” and it is curved not only on the top but on the bottom edges as well (see picture).It feels more dense and springy than a memory foam pillow, with less “cuddling effect”of the neck and head. I assume that it takes some getting used to, but definitely a keeper. One disappointment, however, is the cotton cover that is too small and not form-fitted to the contour of the pillow, like other contour pillows have. It’s just a regular flat cover with zipper. Great that it’s removable, but once you wash it, you will never replace it without tearing either the cover or pieces off the pillow. I washed mine and without using the dryer to avoid shrinkage, let it air dry stretched out on a flat surface, but could not put it back on. Great pillow, great price, 4 stars because of the ill-fitted cover.

The delivery took some time, but this pillow is great! After a few days my neck pain is gone. I used some latex pillows in the past but this is the best I've had!Highly recommended.
