Order a size up
This is a beautiful skirt BUT I would advise you to buy a size bigger than what you wear. I'm 140lbs and wear a size 7-8 . I brought a medium and the waist was small. I'm going to return it and order a Large....after looking at reviews, I see that everyone else had to do the same thing.

Awesome Skirt
I loved it. It's a great skirt. I chose the wrong size. I bought M and I returned it, then I chose XL and it is a little large, but I keep it. Now I know my size is Large. I am 5.8 and 178 lb. I don't have too much hip, However, for this kind of skirt, it doesn't matter if you have a lot of hip or butt; there is enough room for everything. I considered myself skinny, but I think Large should be perfect. When I wore in church I received a lot of complements. I'm planning to buy another one in other color.

Long, very long
The skirt is made from good quality material, very substantial. But it is not hemmed, and is so long (10" past ankle on5'4" frame) it would have to be cut before it could be hemmed to fit. Not worth the trouble.

Vibrant color blue
The fabric is nice. The fit was tight (although it has a bit of stretch in the material). I wear a size 10 and purchased a large. I should have gotten XL. I didn't necessarily like the slits on the dress, but that was my fault for not fully reading the description.

For “toothpick” figures.
The non-giving wasteband made the skirt too tight with no possibility of stretch. The very wide wastband does not fit well if your figure is curvy. Would really only feel good, look good, and fit well if you have a straight torso with no hips.

TO SMALL
This skirt is way to small. My daughter is between a med and larg. I ordered an xl and the skirt couldn't zip up. If you order, make sure you order 2 to 3 sizes up from what you normally wear

Pretty but
This item is really pretty but cut very small. If you are a S, buy M, if you are M buy, if you are L, buy XL etc.

Measure yourself around you waist!!!!!
i followed the reviews and bought a size up. I bought a M when I should have bought a small. The belt part was too big and I had to hem it about an inch. I was expecting it to be a little big though.
