I’ve always wanted to try out the magnesium spray because I have such a hard time getting to sleep. I do think it helped me sleep better, but I ended up giving it to my mom who wakes up with leg cramps. I take magnesium supplements to help ease my muscle spasms and pain. i read that if it applied topically, it absorbs better. This oil had great reviews so I purchased it. Although it says it is an oil, it is not greasy, nor does it leave a stain. I applied the oil to my legs and the bottom of my feet. I didn't notice anything the 1st night, but after using it for a couple weeks, I can now say that my muscle spasms have decreased and the pain in my legs has become less frequent. I have and will continue to use the oil daily

I love that this magnesium oil has no fillers. I would say that I'm able to get deep sleep when I apply it before bed. Not sure if I used too much, because even I use (only a pump), I've noticed really intense dreams. I also don't like having to wait 20 minutes to let dry. However, I will keep using and hopefully my body adjusts.
