Deducted 1 marks as the packaging could have been better.As per the effectiveness is concerned, as I never used such products, can tell after a month of use . Overall I think it should work as the breathing gets heavy while using and you can feel the lungs really working. A thumbs up

It works just you have to be patience
I having using this for 1 week due to heavy smoking I couldn’t endure the long run at all after using for 1 week I have seen improvement in my endurance. Feel active all the day. I wasn’t able to 1km jogging but able to do now
