Not very effective and runs out quickly.
After constantly painting my nails and getting gel polish done once, my nails were thin as paper, were turning white at the bottom, and the tips were curling up and breaking. (See photo titled "After Removing Polish") I had been just trying to cover them up with more and more polish which didn’t solve the root of my problem nails! The first thing I did was leave my nails naked for about a month. (See photo "1mo naked")Then, I tried using Bliss Kiss cuticle oil which was very convenient to use. I did notice a slight improvement with the skin around my nails but not much change with the nails itself. The nail oil ran out fairly quickly as well after only a month. I tried the vanilla and crisp scent. Vanilla was boring but ok and crisp smelled cheap and gross (in my opinion).I also started using Nailtiques Formula 2 Plus and noticed an improvement immediately. It leaves my nails nice and shiny and they definitely feel so much stronger. (See photo "One week later")When the Bliss Kiss Cuticle oil ran out, I decided to try Hard as Hoof Nail cream. My nails are so strong now and as long and healthy as they have ever been! I also love the smell of the cream. It smells like coconut. (See photo "Three months later")

Recovering nail biter checking in!
I’m an anxious person. As long as I can remember, I’ve picked and chewed and scraped at my nails. I watch one horror movie and I’ve chewed my thumb nail off. NOTHING HAD WORKED.Not anymore. I’ve been trying to be more mindful of taking care of my nails the past few months because, well frankly, nail biting is really gross. So I stopped. But I needed to replace the obsessive cuticle picking and nail chewing with self-care and wanted these babies to grow long and strong. So naturally, cuticle oil. This stuff (crisp scent) smells wonderful and makes my nails look amazing. I can take the pen with me to class and not pick at my cuticles or nails because I’ve replaced picking with oiling. My nails are long and pretty and if you’d have told me six months ago I’d have gorgeous nails that got compliments from strangers, I’d have thought you were high. I had to cut my nails yesterday because they were so long! I can’t remember the last time that was ever a problem!!Anyway. I’m not a shill for Bliss Kiss—this cuticle oil is just super convenient and has helped my nails grow and look really great.

Great smell..........but
I’ve used this cuticle oil since I received it, so about a month I would say. For the first few days I used it non-stop since the smell is beautiful. I purchased the vanilla flavor. The scent is a mature vanilla, not sweet in the traditional sense. It has a musk to it that I love. Aside from that I wasn’t a fan. I found that I had to reapply this cuticle oil very, very often. I would say I had to reapply every 30 minutes. I would brush on a coat, rub it in and go. I would look at my nails 30 mins later to find them dry again. I understand there’s a period of time that the company suggests you need to apply this in order to really see results but I just don’t have the desire to spend time nor money doing that. I would pick and bite at my cuticles and skin around my nails for years. It was really bad. The only thing that keeps me from doing further damage is my keeping close eye on the dryness around my nails. I can’t have any dryness to my cucticles or the skin around my nails because I will start picking and biting at them. It’s a horrible habit I have. Anyways, I would have liked this product to have worked for me. I was looking for something that would keep the moisture in the skin around the nail and I didn’t find that this did that. I’ll go back to solar oil. I do like the brush applicator.

This Is a Must Have, and Here’s Why
I love this product. I can’t so far say it’s necessarily helped my nails grow or strengthen, but that isn’t why I bought it. I keep one in my nightstand and one in my purse. It’s great if you’re going out and realize your cuticles are dry looking. It will add some luster if your nail polish is dull. It can even be rubbed into the hands. It smells so soft like a hint of vanilla. I put a nice coat on at night before sleep. I can definitely say that I see cuticle care results in that I don’t get dry, flaking cuticles anymore. By the way, I found this product when I randomly happened upon a video of things Kim Kardashian keeps in her handbag. She is right. This one is a keeper.

Best thing since sliced bread
I NEVER leave reviews for anything I buy, good or bad, because I buy so much stuff from Amazon, but THIS deserves a review. My nails we brittle, flaky, and peeled very easily. I applied this multiple times a day, and saw mega improvement in my nails. They weren't completely fixed so I bought another, because as I said, my nails were improving. I'm a little more than halfway done with the second one and my nail are so strong! So so strong. I totally recommend it. It's worth the $8

One smells very sweet and one has no odor whatsoever
I've purchased both products being offered. They both work exactly the same - they moisturize the cuticle area. One smells very sweet and one has no odor whatsoever. The directions and information provided is important to note - it is mentioned to be sure to get back to the knuckle area and underneath the nail and that method truly works the best. I just rubbed it around my nail initially and wasn't impressed and referenced the information provided in shipping and got much more pleasant results. It's not instantaneous; it does take some time but the end results are beautiful and worth the patience. The instructions also mention "drops" - theres not really any drops unless you crank the hell out of it and if your cuticles are thirsty enough, the "drop" will be sufficient for one hand. It's a great product and works as advertised when instructions are followed.
