Very nice mouse!
I'm using it now to write this review (when I need the mouse) and it works fabulously! I got a red one with the design on it, figuring it was going to just be a gimmicky little add-on design to look cute. Actually, no, the design is functional! I'd recommend ordering one with the X's design tape. You have to stick them on yourself, but they're actually rubber grips, and it really gives you that extra grip you didn't realize you needed. Plus, it makes the mouse much less cold to touch. And perhaps I've just never had a mouse with this feature, but I like that the middle button above the wheel actively adjusts the pointer speed. Its varying speeds are relative to the pointer speed set on the computer, and I think they actually default to the default set speed when you power the mouse on/off. It certainly doesn't remain at the extreme speed you may have left it at.This mouse is wireless and rechargeable which I think is awesome. In fact, when I pulled it out the box, I thought it would need batteries because it was so light! It actually feels like how other mouses feel before you add batteries to them, but there is no place for batteries, only a charge port on the front with an included USB-C to USB-A charge cord. What I really love about this, is it has a switch between dongle and Bluetooth. My other Bluetooth mouse stopped working, so I was forced to use my other dongle mouse which is small. I like a bigger mouse like this one, and this does both and is extremely lightweight, freeing up my USB ports, but ready to plug into any other device I may have, storing the dongle in the carriage.Great mouse for gaming or work, I highly recommend it so far. Just hope the charge time is good.EDIT: Alright, I want to drop a star after living with this mouse a while, all because of one little issue, specifically when using Bluetooth, but since it has an included dongle that doesn't pose this issue, I'll leave the 5-star rating. But when the mouse goes to sleep it takes entirely too long for it to come back online and ready to work. A good 2-3 or so seconds, which feels like an eternity when you're looking to use the mouse quickly. Doesn't do this with the dongle in, only Bluetooth. And the mouse seems to go to sleep very often during a normal day's use if you aren't constantly utilizing the mouse. I haven't timed it, but I'd say after about 2-5 minutes of inactivity it goes to sleep. Hard to clock it since it doesn't have any indicator light besides the one around the laser on the bottom the first few seconds of turning it on. Otherwise, this mouse has been a peach, ignore that issue and I have no complaints after lots of use. Also, it's been 2 months. I don't use it every day, but I have been using it a lot, I'd say, even used it all day for work, working from home for 2 days, but just casual use for an hour or two here and there otherwise and I have not recharged this mouse since I first charged it right out of the box 2 months ago. The battery life seems to hold up quite well, I must say!
