I would say I was amazed with the results
A bit "hard" to assemble, meaning that you need to set aside time for that, but well worth it.So far I used it for grilling only, and I still amazed with the results. Even when you place the grill closer to the coal (yep, it allows that too) the meat won't stick and won't burn if properly tended to. The whole thing allows for quite a lot of different setups, you can make it very easy to suit your needs. Only one "caveat", the doors have a tendency to close themselves, but at least for me that was not a problem.I managed to cook a lot of meat (~3Kg or so ) with just 2.5Kg of coal, and it was just perfect, went on and on for almost 4 hours with a very good temperature inside (went easy to a 300 Celsius without assisted venting or anything) I plan to experiment with smoking in the future, I'll add more as I play with it.Update: managed to do smoking and slow cooking on it, just beware it will be a long chore, set time aside. The results were amazing, and being a lazy person I most likely won't repeat the experiment (not the grill's fault, just my innate laziness) unless I'll automate it somehow.Bottom line:- Grilling: above amazing- Slow cooking: tedious job, but in the end worth it- Smoking (hot smoking that was my experiment): amazing, but again beware lazy persons like me: work needs to be done, water level checks, temperature checks, wrangling with coal, etc. Also it is quite tough, considering the weather in Ireland. Got some rust after 2 years of being a bad guy and leaving it outdoors (get a cover if it rains at the level it rains here) but nothing that can be defeated with a bit of iron brushing and repainting.

Good smoker
Purchased this as a smoker and BBQ, slightly disappointment with cooking area but that is my fault for not measuring before ordering.Has 2 cooking rails, as long as the lower is being used for smoking or something that takes a long while to cook this is OK, can't access lower rack easily when hot.
