very soft and well made, no raised seams or anything like that.
This was a great success for our grandson who was rejecting hats of other kinds. I worked out that labels, elastic and stiff material would all be contributing to his awareness of a hat so we bought this floppy one which is actually very soft and well made, no raised seams or anything like that.

Very poor quality- avoid
