Well,I have been using another brand... I just decided to try this brand and I have NOT been disappointed.... I.Have been taking this brand for a little over a week. I have dropped between water weight and fat 12 pounds. I can feel it in my pants, i don't have the appetite I used to. It does help with my joints because it relieves me of the excess water I carry around. All I can say is give it a try, for the money you can't go wrong!💯💥

Rating this a 3 star only because I ordered for joint pain as I heard that this helps with that but I didn’t notice any difference. However as far as the quality and taste it’s pretty decent. I added it to my smoothies and couldn’t even taste it in there. The container is much smaller than I realized but it’s lasted a while. No pain relief, no added energy noticed.Most likely won’t be ordering again just because I didn’t notice any major changes.

Works for diabetes
Well it works. I'm 37 years old and needed surgery. Almost couldn't have it because my sugar was 503. Apparently that's real bad. I started juicing, all green got it down to 391. Then a friend mentioned to me how cactus is real good for sugar problems. I was desperate. I have 7 kid's a beautiful wife. Exercise and juicing was not cutting it. Even my sex life was difficult. If your diabetes is bad you get me. Mine was. This product works.Bottle say's take 2 a day. Well this is what works for me. I take 2 in morning with food, and 2 more at dinner time. I'm being honest, when I say. By my 3rd day in. I had no problems with my little guy. This nopal/cactus extract works!!!!. I cut my sugars down. Ill have a soda here and there. I still eat chips a hoy, oreos ect. I still green juice everyday and 4 of these pills. My sugar now on day 5. Down to 181. Baby steps. If you have type 2 diabetes like me. This product works!!!
