As far as I know, they work ok. The problem is that there are (1) tabs to pull the filters out and (2) flow arrows on the side of the filter...and they conflict. The tabs should be on the side facing the front of the unit so that they can be used to remove the filters. They have no use on the backside. Installing the filters according to the direction indicated by the airflow places the tabs where they can't be reached. Since the HPA300 uses 3 filters, I have 2 filters installed in one direction and 1 filter installed in the other.

The FilterBuy filters look to be high quality, and they seem to be working well. A couple nits: they're just slightly smaller than the Honeywell filters. This means that they fit better in the lower slots of my air filter, but the top one wants to fall out until I put the front grille in place. I worry that there must be a small gap that's letting dust through to the fan, but I haven't noticed any impact. A second nit: just like the Honeywell filters, there's an arrow to indicate how to install the filters. There's also a cloth tab at the top and bottom of one side for easier handling. The tabs obviously need to go on the outside, where you can use them. On Honeywell filters, the arrow points in the direction of air flow, away from the side with the tabs. On these FilterBuy filters, the arrow points the opposite direction. Since there were no instructions with the FilterBuy filters (not a word), I ignored the arrows.

Don't forget to change those filters and save a bunch with this Seller! Wish I could wash and reuse but most likely this is better option for optimal performance. The air quality is extremely poor even this close to the beach, am most thankful the EPA has improved the area over the decades, however improvements still needed. Living near a major metropolis has it's perks, and to insure you have the best breathing experience, I recommend not only this Honeywell Air Filter but these replacement items as well, Great price, quality product, excellent delivery and packaging. Save buying bulk. Recommend.

The filters would be absolutely great but they're all about one centimeter too short on each end to fit into Honeywell it is not the right size they're too small and won't stay in place otherwise they're great if they would fit

These filters work beautifully with our Honeywell air cleaner. They do the job and last a long time. No issues!

After reading some of the other reviews I was a bit worried. However when I received my order I was thrilled. The problem of the arrows/tabs being wrong seems to have been corrected and were all correct. All 3 filters fit perfectly, with none falling out or being tight. And most importantly in a filter, the quality was amazing. I would consider these to be on par with the OEM filters but at half the cost!

I have the Honeywell purifier that this is made for and have used the authentic Honeywell filters. The arrow on these is going the opposite direction of the ribbons need to pull them out of the slot in the purifier. I don't know if I just got a bad batch or if this is a flaw with the design. They seem to work regardless which indicates there is no real front or back.

Filters work just fine in my Honeywell model 300 air purifier. Haven't had this long enough to see how it stacks up to the actual OEM filters. On first inspection they do seem a little less sturdy, but they fit and are working so far.

The filters mostly fit, but it isn't a good fit. Also the pull tabs are on side pointed to by the arrows. Since the arrows normally indicate the flow of air, this places the pull tabs facing the inside, where they can't be reached! This raises the question of which way the filters go in - and does it matter if they go in backwards?Unsatisfactory!

Fits my honeywell 300 perfectly. Does it really matter about the tabs? I don't think so. The filters are working great in my home with a fireplace (smoke) and a cat.Excellent buy for me.

Came in fast. Called the company directly and was informed to use the tabs for direction. Tabs on the outside! My arrows were backwards, like many others, but works great. Great price.

they are ok, not as good as the original ones but you save almost $30 dollars.its worth it

These are not the same quality as the Honeywell replacement filters in my opinion. Savings of $30 is what attracted me to purchase this.My eyes are always itchy and I am sneezing so I know the air is not being filtered properly. I will go pack to paying the $95 for the Honeywell filters that I know actually do the job.

These things had a relatively strong chemical odor when first installed. This is something I didn't notice with the Honeywell filters. Having said that, the smell does decrease over time.
